We installed a countertop and faucet that you purchased, signed off on and the installation was professional and appropriate regardless of what a third party plumber may be telling you. All components were installed to be symmetrical. We have done everything we can, and went above and beyond to accommodate you and help you. In fact, Brandie was helping you for a month going back and forth with your project ideas. We have all communication documented. Everything was performed in accordance to the legal contract you have signed (you ended up going with Silestone not Cambria) and no reimbursements will be made as there has been no wrongdoing on our end or any unnecessary charges. Any kind of dispute arising from this will be forwarded to our lawyer and you will be working with them if such a case is brought forth. I am sorry but we will not pay for your water filtering system, what you are asking for is completely out of the ordinary and we are not legally responsible for your own purchases and do not owe you any reimbursements.
