"I had two literally rotten bathrooms that were overdue for work. One of the bathrooms had a huge scary hole in the middle. As it turns out, a previous contractor did a sloppy job in several areas that introduced a small leak that eventually rotted the bathroom floors. The Tenorio's group actually had to replace most of the pipes, and floors. At that point, we decided to make the bathrooms completely new. Much better than the previous work years ago. They were highly recommended by a friend who worked with several contractors. I did not rate the price because most other contractors that give a cheaper price may deliver cheaper results. If you need work now, here is your chance to hire them, because once I am ready, I will have them performing more work for me."

"Very nice & polite, always on time, closed in a large 12' x 12' space with a new wall, installed a beautiful very large french door, moved electrical, installed siding inside and out, insulated wall, painted inside and out. We were very pleased with Scott's work and plan to hire him in the future for other projects."

"We hired K R Handyman Services to clean moss off our roof. Anthony Ross responded promptly and offered a very fair price. He thoroughly explained his process and answered all our questions. In addition to cleaning the moss, he said he could offer a combo roof/gutter cleaning at a good price which we accepted. He arrived on time and brought all of his own equipment, did not disturb the occupants and was respectful and friendly. In the process of doing the job, he noted a couple of other issues. He showed pictures and gave us suggestions on how we could fix these issues ourselves as well as offering a price for him to come back and fix these issues the next day which we elected. Again, he charged a fair price plus materials. He had some of the brackets to fix the gutter on hand and just threw those in at no cost. At the conclusion of the project, he sent before and after pictures of all work. I would definitely hire K R Handyman Services again!"

"Kostya arrived right on time. He did an excellent job with the grab bar installation. I would definitely use him again and highly recommend him to others."

"We could not be happier with our new bathroom, thanks to McCormick! Khaled was knowledgeable and really took the time to understand our style preferences. The whole team was great about keeping the workspace tidy, which we appreciated. Now, we have a bathroom that feels luxurious and welcoming. Highly satisfied with their work!"

"I waited to rate until after our first good rain storm. The new door installation is fantastic! We no longer have water leaking into our garage. The new installation is superior to what was originally installed. Robert was a dream to work with and I highly recommend him."

"Joey did a great job installing the deck at my house"

"Very reliable and dependable company. I was very pleased with my quote and service."

"Medical issues forced an unplanned bathroom ADA remodel. Rick and crew did great job, on time, with complete satisfaction. Jason and Josh were super helpful with suggestions and solutions to unforseen circumstances. The doors had to be widened, the shower expanded and level floor for wheelchair access, toilet moved, sink and vanity changed, lighting upgraded, ramp built, grab bars installed. All completed in time. Knowledgeable friends rated the floor-to-ceiling tile installations as 95 out of 100. Love to shower now. Thanks"

"I had Derek install safety bars in the shower and a tall toilet for my senior mother, he did an excellent job and was very easy to work with. Will definitely call on him again for more work."
