My husband had made a big mistake when he tried to assemble the desk and damaged it badly. Eric understood the situation immediately. He was friendly and kind, and even funny, saying he would get my husband out of the hot water. And, man, did he do that and so beautifully!! He had one of his employees, Minh Tran, come the very next day, which was yesterday as I write this, and he was fabulous, as Eric told me he would be. Minh is everything you would ever want in assembling and repairing a damaged new desk. He was not only kind, friendly and smart, he was extremely competent and knowledgeable about what was needed (which was a LOT), but he was also a real perfectionist, earnest about doing the best job he could. He even provided an extra bracket to strengthen a section that, ideally, the seller should have included in the purchase."
