"The work Erdelyi associates did is great, but communication and timeliness were lacking. I didn’t have a consistent point of contact throughout the project - it just seems my project was handed off from one person to the next with no continuity and I had to proactively reach out for updates."

"We couldn't have hired a better architect. Bill worked with us closely, all the way through construction. He was creative, knowledgeable, thorough and meticulous. He was a pleasure to work with."

"Dee is fantastic! We loved the design Mike came up with for our backyard makeover. Then once construction started we realized we had made choices that needed to be changed. In every case Dee's suggestions (stucco the walls instead of paint, don't use DG next to the pool, run wood fence topper horizontally) turned out to the best. We are so glad we listened to him. Our finished backyard looks like an art installation but one where you can feel comfortable and at home. Now a year later we had them come back for a few tweaks and again Dee's suggestions were the right ones. We are happy we choose G & L and plan to use them again next year when we tackle our front yard."

"Richard was really great. I hope to continue forward and contract him to do our home improvement ,expansion plans."

"I cannot say enough great things about Encore Builders and the exceptional work they did on our property in Granada Hills. Brandon and Ozzy are truly THE BEST IN THE BIZ!!! From the very beginning, the entire process was smooth and stress-free. Brandon and Ozzy are easy to communicate with, always available and their whole team is always punctual. The artificial grass they installed is so realistic and looks absolutely stunning. We needed them to come back for a small touch up and the crew was extremely sweet and always did everything with a smile. You can tell they care about their employees. The new planter area they created is perfection!!!! The placement looks amazing and really enhances the overall feel of our frontyard. What truly sets Encore Builders apart is their dedication to customer satisfaction. Brandon and Ozzy were always available to answer our questions and address any concerns. They ensured that the project was completed on time and within budget. I met with other companies but Encore Builders quoted me 30% less than anyone else. The other companies felt like a rip off. If you are looking for a company that not only specializes in landscaping but also brings creativity, professionalism, and a personal touch to the table, Encore Builders is the one. We could not be happier with the outcome, and I wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone looking to transform their home!!!!"

"We did a full remodel of our place, full new kitchen, and expanded our place into the backyard for a new master suite. Pac Sands did a really great job with our designs. Great tools that made the communication easy with the plans and changes we needed. And they handled the engineering and permitting too, which was great. Highly recommend."

"Very Happy with Alissa work and very professional"

"Tom Smith is a design genius and he delivered incredible value for the money we paid."

"Very professional and detail oriented. They took my vision and brought it to life. Outstanding communication from start to finish on the remodel. Will definitely be using in the future for any remodeling projects"

"We hired Jesse and his team to build out a commercial space for our coffee business. Jesse provided us with an itemized budget and made certain we understood all of the costs associated with our project. He also provided us with a detailed construction schedule and he was able to adhere to it. Despite hiring a designer and an architect, we needed additional guidance on layout and design. Due to his extensive commercial construction experience, Jesse had no problem providing us with his honest and practical guidance on layout and design to ensure our space was as functional as possible. In sum, everything was spot-on and professional with Jesse: budget, schedule, communication, and experience. The best advice I can pass along is to speak with Jesse about your project before you hire a designer and/or an architect. You will save time and money by working with Jesse and his team!"
