"Finest Fence took a lot of time working with multiple families to come up with a workable solution. Finest Fence (FF) was not the cheapest, but choose them based on reviews. We accepted FF's proposal in totality including the suggested upgrade, except for a middle or third rail. Anything missing from the scope of our job was not due to us turning it down. While installing the new gate, the workers got spray paint on the house (pic). Awkward transition from the gate to the connecting fence. The problem was fixed, see the before and after pic. Did not connect the new fence to the old section of fence. The problem was fixed, see before picture. They removed cinder blocks that were preventing soil erosion on the slope between my house and our neighbor's house with new boards. The new boards do were unsightly and do not prevent erosion."

"Guillermo was absolutely fantastic and we are very happy with the fence and overall value. The fence is a dual sided redwood privacy fence that he hand cut on the last plank to line it up with the curves of a tree! We mentioned that the neighbors didn't want to be able to see through it, so he ensured they can't. I also appreciate that he took an old gate I wanted to repurpose as a trash can screen and incorporated it into the fence design with no problem. I see this fence outside my window and along my walkway so I really wanted to make sure I made the right choice in fence companies and Guillermo exceeded my expectations!"

"Very professional, quick, now we have a beautiful sturdy fence!"

"I am SO glad I went with Encore Builders! Oz and Brandon were so amazing and knew exactly what they were doing. I was on the fence about going with turf in the backyard and now I don't know how I went so long without it! Everything came out great and I wish I did this sooner. Can't recommend them more!"

"Installers were fast and knowledgeable. Had a miscommunication with the company in the beginning but all was worked out. In the end the project was completed to my satisfaction. Fencing material is a good quality."

"Totally a great experience from the estimate to the completion. They were professional, great to work with and a pleasure to hire. I have a new fence that will last for years, it was replaced in an extremely efficient time frame, clean-up was super, and all in all it was a very satisfying project."

"I just had my new backyard fence installed by CQ, and I couldn't be happier. I was referred by a contractor who worked on my house, and I trust. He was so right about this company. Their customer service is wonderful. Have to give a shout out to Daniella who I spoke to and made arrangements. She was awesome! it looked so nice when done that I'm thinking I need to expand to the side of the house with the fence as well. Liz W."

"I recently had a 180' fence and 4 gates installed along with a 16 x 15' patio cover. Before signing the contract Shan asked many questions regarding what I wanted accomplished and he in turn answered all my questions. I knew then he would ultimately become my choice for the job. I did however get a few other estimates that had been arranged at the same time. Shan's estimate outweighed by far the others and his was the one I knew I could afford. I have no regrets. Shan was responsible and professional throughout the entire process, start to finish. I am highly impressed by the efficiency and skill of his team and extremely pleased with the completed work. Shan is a true professional. He is kind, very honest, an excellent communicator, flexible, receptive and diligent. He was on site every morning and in the afternoons as needed to check work progress and to meet with his Staff and Myself to answer any and all questions we might have. His Team - Ray, Alex, Nelson et all were here everyday on time and their workmanship was beautiful - These Boys were hardworking and are truly an asset to Shan's Company. They have made My Yard look awesome. I would definitely recommend using him when choosing your next project. I will be bringing Shan and his Team back in the near future to install a driveway gate and man gate in my front yard. Thank you Shan and your amazing Team. Nickie E. in Sylmar, CA"

"Meticulous (Todd Baker) was awesome. We have a new barn that needed electric (power) and rain gutters installed. Todd did a great job, he works long and hard and as his company name suggests, he is meticulous and we appreciated that much. My wife is happy so I'm happy. We highly recommend Meticulous Home Solutions to anyone who needs the job done right. 5 Star all the way. JM / 1/29/24"
