I haven't received any letter from your attorney Premium Remodeling Inc or my emails answered or phone calls returned.This is outrages that the Horrific House Fire happen 9/25/17 & hired Premium Remodeling Inc on 10/4/17,982 days later as of today 6/12/20 still have wood framing damaged from the Fire that you were to replace new,instead you altered the contract by repairing the damaged wood framing by Encapsulating it & not replacing new per the contract & there is over 190 issues that have not been resolved.As stated on my emails not going to allow anyone from your company back into my house around my children due to the lying not getting your stories straight not answering simple questions about the incidents with the Asbestos Negligence & the illegal photo that you took of my child asleep naked in his underwear with his *** showing in the privacy of his own bedroom,we told Joseph Sastiel Premium Remodeling Inc CEO to delete the photo when he showed it to me & my wife on his cell phone at his office. Who open my child's bedroom door to take the photo? Why did they still take the photo when my child was asleep naked in his underwear with his *** showing & I was in the next bedroom? Do you have anymore photos of my family or Videos? How many phone conversation got recorded that i did not consent? Is that a standard procedure to record all your customers phone conversations?How many times did my child's photo got distributed? I even offered to have LAPD investigate since you did not want to answer my questions, instead you threaten me that if i went to your office you would press charges.Why?If I am a client that paid upfront & following LAPD procedure,even ask you what was convenient for you not to make a scene. Why Premium Remodeling Inc did not comply with Federal and State Law on Asbestos removal?Verified with SCAQMD who regulates this for the US EPA that there was No Asbestos record for my house. Why did you not comply to their regulations? Where the fee's to much money?As you demolish close to 2900 sq ft home that was built in 1974,how many days & times did you violated the survey requirement & Procedure 5?What was tested for Asbestos?Who removed the damaged ducting & did all of it get removed? How many times did me & my family get exposed to Asbestos Containing Materials that cause cancer?Why Premium Remodeling Inc did not tell me or my wife that it was not safe to move back in?Instead you deceived us that you made it safe by sealing the vents & entrances to the fire damaged areas & gutted areas,replaced most of the damaged drywall from the kids bedroom so we can move back into the house,you had the audacity to even offer to install a temporary kitchen.What is upsetting that I paid you the majority of the job upfront that there was no reason to cut corners throughout the project & not comply with SCAQMD endangering me & my families health.Then you falsely send me a certificate with the wrong companies names & nothing to do with complying to SCAQMD. You have offered to send someone to test for Asbestos after you already demolished majority of the house but don't offer for me & my family health to be checked by a doctor cause of your Asbestos Negligence? After going thru the Horrific House Fire that I myself with a water hose tried to put out & prevented the water boiler from exploding before the 31 firefighters showed up,the experience dealing with Premium Remodeling Inc is worst then the Horrific Fire,with the illegal photo you took of my child,not following SCAQMD Regulations that could have exposed us to Cancer, Maliciously Hindering the project for me not to get the certificate of occupancy that has already cost me at least 20K this year alone & that is vital to get out of the Hard Money Loan that you assisted on me getting in which you were paid in full $456,000.00 which again why did you had to cut so many corners, endangering my family health when you were paid upfront?Still after everything been asking since January 2020 for copies of all my documents & till recently you stated you will give them to me after July 4 cause you are working remotely cause of covid-19,have called your office spoken to several employees that they are there to answer the phone & customer pick ups, don't understand why then can't you give me my documents & my cabinet handles that I have paid for last year & is causing them to get damaged.Why can't I pick up the handles up with my documents? I'm I not a customer? Or is Joseph Sastiel Premium Remodeling Inc CEO Discriminating me again being Racist?As he called me last year to apologizes for his comments that only people & houses in Beverly Hills have straight walls as I'm a Hispanic that lives in Northridge. Why do you feel you can do whatever you want with my child & Property?As stated before i'm not losing or selling my house your malice need to stop,Enough is Enough the discrimination need to come to end & part ways.Let me know how we are going to proceed?

Our best advice is that If you’re really looking for a 1 stop shop company to work on your home remodeling prjects… look to Premium Remodeling. They are the BEST experts to handle the job. They will seat with you and guided you through all the stages of the remodeling project no matter if its large or small. From the very first meeting you meet with them all the way to assess the spaces, take the RIGHT measurements and come up with awesome ideas. They will assign to you a project manager and designer who will be with you during the project. Our bathrooms were totally demolished for this remodeling and our project manager Isaac was there to make sure the work will stay on track at every stage. He made the best recommendations and helped in the selections of all the fixtures and tiles for the spaces. He came up with the right ideas to help increase the storage spaces and shelving that were really the main key for us. The outcome results are gorgeous and as they say “it’s all in the details”.

Absolutely 1 big Yes! We are in love with our kitchen. Mickey and Isaac met with us at our house several times in order to help us execute the kitchen of our dreams and that will overall change the look of our house without losing the functions that we do need. We had our vision and they basically helped us bring it to reality with their experience and skills. during the remodeling process, Mickey and Isaac were in touch with us to make sure that they met our high expectations which they definitely did. After our meetings with few other kitchen companies, we knew that we hired the right team and we DID! Thank you, the Premium Remodeling team! We would recommend them again and again.

We worked with Isaac in the last half of 2019 to remodel our gorgeous kitchen. After that remodeling project was finished, we saved more money and last month we decided to remodel all the bathrooms at the house. In the design phase, Isaac was definitely better than the last time and he was again patient to work with and provided us with a very unbeatable price for the work. The team this time where really hardworking people during the actual remodeling. The remodeling was also involved several sub-contractors (electrician, plumbers etc..) and they all were very nice people to work with and they did a great work too. We are not experts in construction but we definitely know and see that they again did a stunning work. The remodeling of the 3 bathrooms was completed in 3 months and it was a very good thing for us because we were living at the house during the work. We would highly recommend working with Isaac and the Premium Remodeling team!

Me and my husband hired Isaac and his awesome team of people to redesign and remodel our new flip house. the work took several months due to the massive work that needed to be done. Isaac handled everything on site while the office staff handled all the paperwork and invoices. I just finished a kitchen project with Premium Remodeling. Yossi and Isaac have been very helpful from the very start to make sure that we kept within my budget and helped through the decision-making process so that it stayed that way. The kitchen design was a difficult task and being myself an architect, there were many details to do. Isaac made sure all of our requests will meet and he was also always available for my questions. He was always on top of everything and I couldn’t be more pleased and happier. The Premium Remodeling team, remodeled my kitchen & did a fantastic work. The in house designer came up with a plan that worked so good for me. All the workers were kind, clean & super skilled. My new stunning kitchen looks as good as we could imagine. We had an issue during the work with the water supply hose to the fridge & Mickey fixed it for us at no charge (which we really appreciated), We hope we get to use Premium Remodeling again for our next house!

We had a great experience working with Premium Remodeling, our project manager Isaac. The renovation was literally problem free (this is actually our second remodeling project so we knew that we will have some issues along the way but with this remodeling… all the problems were resolved fast and painlessly... we are very happy with how our remodeling project came out and we love using the beautiful and well-designed kitchen. We definitely recommend using Premium Remodeling’s team and office staff because everything was made to fit our needs; it also went much faster than we thought it will be. We also loved that they were able to handle everything from A-Z including the cabinets, flooring, appliances and countertops and the price was reasonable for the quality of the products.

They were very organized, honest, planned, creative and neat.
