"Had Roof 3 of them removed and Plywood Installed, plus Gutter screens installed gutter screens installed. They were sub par and ugly white not matching my brown gutters. Getting house tented now and I know they will be a problem catching on tent. Cleanup was lacking and nails still showing up on street in front of house. The job was done on time and it looks good plus I added an extra dormer for $200 mid project with no problem. Over all Alfa Roofing did a great job and the owner was a great friendly guy who spoke good English. I would recommend this company to anyone needing it done well and on time. The clean up issue seems to be all roofing companies. I am still getting nails from several houses I have had reroofed 10 years ago by other roofers."

"Excellent communication from the first meeting to look at the roof, through establishing the contract, scheduling, and completing the work. There was unexpected additional action required at the end of the project and, Rene, the Superintendent, followed up and had that completed ASAP. I also want to comment that the roof replacement was done on my parents' home in S.Calif. I live in the Seattle area. I had hoped to be there during the roof replacement but the timing was such that I could not be. Rene was accessible to me by phone or email if I had questions or was working through details on behalf of my parents. He always responded in a timely manner. Rene also went above and beyond by taking pictures of each stage of the project, emailing them to me with updates. My parents asked me to be on point so much of the communication came to me, yet Rene also kept my parents' updated. Jordan Roofing is professional, timely, and clean up was thorough.
