"I am a homeowner who did my own home remodeling architectural design. Even though I had architect degree, but I had never done any project in Los Angeles. As everybody knows, Building and Safety has tons of regulations to follow, which made the permitting process especially difficult. I was so lucky to work with David, my structural engineer, who is very sharp, knowledgeable and hardworking. Not only did he deliver his structural design on time but also he guided me through with all details of my architectural plan. He is very responsive and generous about sharing his knowledge. It was such a surprise when David got me the permit over the counter from the city office with only one attempt, which expedited my remodeling project timeline for at least two months. His experience in design suggested minor adjustment of my idea/drawings but willing to landscape any way of my preferences. His contract was thoroughly itemized and didn’t add any additional “surprise” costs. Payments were installments as project progressed. Hardworking Crew stayed on expected timeline. Hutch came by every day to supervise progress of our landscaping. Our front and backyards were transformed from weed fields into beautiful landscaping. Removed weeds and unwanted plants, prepped surface, laid weed barrier and installed Artificial turf in backyard, laid pavers and stone walkway. Transformed front yard into rock riverbed surrounded by plants accented with boulders, and installing drip system. Planted border shrubs and a rose garden. Lined walkway and rose garden with pavers matching our flagstone. Our sewer line needed realignment which Hutch arranged to be repaired. Other company estimate quotes were either vague, didn’t itemize, or way over priced. Offered a few addresses for us to drive by to see his actual work which helped us on our decision to work with Hye Turf Design. I would highly recommend Hye Turf Designs. Thanks Hutch !"

"Fabulous work done by Encore Builders As someone who works in the interior design world- I have a discerning eye for quality and value. I am very impressed with the beautifully driveway Encore Builders created for me. Oz and Brandon were recommended by some friends. To be on the safe side i gathered many quotes from local companies and Encore Builders was still by far cheaper. Their price was half the price of some of the companies who quoted me and it was obvious those guys were not experienced nor professional.
