His experience in design suggested minor adjustment of my idea/drawings but willing to landscape any way of my preferences. His contract was thoroughly itemized and didn’t add any additional “surprise” costs. Payments were installments as project progressed. Hardworking Crew stayed on expected timeline. Hutch came by every day to supervise progress of our landscaping. Our front and backyards were transformed from weed fields into beautiful landscaping. Removed weeds and unwanted plants, prepped surface, laid weed barrier and installed Artificial turf in backyard, laid pavers and stone walkway. Transformed front yard into rock riverbed surrounded by plants accented with boulders, and installing drip system. Planted border shrubs and a rose garden. Lined walkway and rose garden with pavers matching our flagstone. Our sewer line needed realignment which Hutch arranged to be repaired. Other company estimate quotes were either vague, didn’t itemize, or way over priced. "3d design brought to life!!!! So as anyone else would be - I was a little hesitant about moving forward with such a big project. I called a few companies in my area (well 10 be exact!) and Encore Builders was one of them. First meeting: Brandon and Oz came by to scope out the area and take some measurements. I have never done such a big project and expressed my concerns and they recommended we do a 3d design so that I can see what the outcome will look like. I was detailed in how I wanted everything to look and feel. I even had a little Pinterest board put together of the patio furniture I wanted so I showed that to Brandon and Oz and they ended up including it in the 3d design. You can tell theyâ re very experienced not only in the work itself but the design aspect.
