"Chandlers did a great job. They quoted the repair and got to work. We also added the replacement of the sewer line as the main water line was being replaced. Chandlers added two sewer cleanouts in the front for future access to the sewer and provide a convenient place to empty my RV black tank. I was very pleased with the rapid repair and accommodating the additional work. They made what could have been an ordeal but got it done in 4 days total. I would definitely recommend Chandlers again if the need arises for any other plumbing concerns"

"Jay and his crew of Marc, George, Issac and "D" were punctual and communicated with me throughout the troubleshooting process. Jay was able to pinpoint the exact location of my problem using a locator tool. His crew jumped into action and began to dig approximately 5 ft deep to expose the section of sewer pipe that was damaged from tree roots. His crew then removed the damaged section of pipe and perform the repair. Jay performed a leak check of the repair in my presence before closing up the hole. Jay and his crew were polite and very safety conscious. I wouldn't hesitate in hiring them for future plumbing needs."

"I highly recommend the company (Costello's Plumbing) as well as the employee who helped us (Miguel). My wife spoke with Mr. Costello this morning, and booked an appointment for Miguel (one of his workers) to come over and look at the situation / prepare an estimate. He did so (arriving iwihin the appointment window), gave us a good quote, and indicated the two parts that needed replacement (the garbage disposal unit and the cold water dual shut-off valve. He indicated that we could purchase those parts through the company, or if I had the parts onhand, he could just install them (saving money). Fortunately, The Home Depot nearby was open, and I was able to get the two pieces fairly quickly. Miguel then: * installed the garbage disposal (and took care of getting rid of the old one), * connected the replacement shut-off valve, * replaced the faucet itself, and made sure that none of it leaked. A job well done!"

"The first visit lead to cleaning the area around the heater and burners and checking the thermocouple. Sadly that seemed to make it worse. Less than a week later No hot water for over 30 hours till the second technician replaced the thermocouple. All is perfect now. No charge for the second visit. The next step, if needed will be a tankless and their quote looks a bit steep. But I am really hoping I won’t need to go that far."
