"Natural Vibrations Inc. just completed our second project with them, conversion of a 1960s rumpus room into a junior ADU, including bedroom, bathroom, kitchen, and dining space. It required thoughtful design, placement of lengthy sewer and water lines, extensive new electrical work, addition of a window, HVAC heat pump system, removal and replacement of new sheetrock, insulation, porcelain flooring, quartz countertops, appliances, fine carpentry including custom shelving, restoration of antique stained glass windows, tiling, and a versatile lighting system with spectrum-adjustable LED illumination. This was accomplished with minimal disruption and maximum attention to our input at every stage. We enjoyed their cheerful company and parted, once again, on the best of terms."

"I called this Co to schedule an appointment, for my frig that wasnt making ice or refilling the water pitcher, and they could come out the next morning for a service call of 99.00 so I hired them. The technician was very knowledgeable no diagnosis was done, he found the issue, which was such a simple fix, never asked me if i wanted to go ahead with a repair, as there was no diagnostic done, to offer me the repair, he just went ahead and cleaned out the sensor for the Water pitcher, and it worked. Then he told me i owed him 295.00, i was a bit confused, he said there is a minimum labor charge of 295.00, i was never told that nor was I offered a repair for that amount of money, bait and switch... be aware of this Company, they don't tell you on the phone about the minimum labor fee!!!! They said i was offered a repair after the diagnosis, and I was never offered anything, If i had known that this minor leak would have cost 295.00 i never would have hired them. All the was done, nothing"
