I reached-out to 13- different moving companies and created a spreadsheet to compare what each company had to offer. After a thoughtful process, I arrived at 3- finalists that I conducted a telephone interview with. At the end of the process, it was clear to me that Max Protection Moving was our best option. Tvat decision was by no means solely based on price; that decision was based on a broad variety of reasons including the candor and straight-forward language of the representatives I spoke with. Joseph, from Max Protection assured me he would be on site for the loading and supervise the team. He also assured me that “ the deal we agreed to WAS THE DEAL”! No surprises or add-ons. On the day of the move, Joseph and the team arrived at the sgeed up on time and the team immediately started working. They redefine in how they approach the process and impressed me with how carefully and meticulously they cared for each item. I was frankly astounded at the absence of surprises! Everything went exactly as I had hoped! The team drove the truck to SF and we met at the new residence as scheduled. The move-in went as smoothly and seamlessly as the move-out! Honestly, I was astounded at the efficiency of the team and the care they gave all the possessions, even when carrying large pieces up a challenging staircase. IF you are looking for an HONEST, RELIABLE-TRUSTWORTHY Moving Company, look no further than Max Protection."

"Five stars! They went beyond the call. I needed movers, on call, asap! My kids relocated from Midwest to CA, and they didn’t book movers. The U-Haul breaking down, two days in CO. Tom worked with me. Once my child was within a two hour reach, I was able to contact Tom, booked three men. Movers and kids arrived the same time! Those men jumped into gear and completed unloading before three hour, moving on the second floor! Awesome, awesome job! I called and not one company was available . I don’t live in CA, absolutely trustworthy! I trusted Tom and their team came through! This move was a complete nightmare! The movers call and total relief. Thank you"

"For your own safety and peace of mind please do not use this company. Last night this owner called me OVER 100 TIMES at 10pm on a Saturday night. (Probably would have continued if my phone didn't go on DND) I wish I was exaggerating. This isn't even an isolated incident as he's repeatedly done this. I'm not sure who in their right mind would do this but it doesn't seem like he's all there. Instead of addressing me as an appropriate business would when dealing with an unsatisfied client, he's stalking and harassing me. Thank god I've since moved otherwise I'm sure he'd be showing up at my door next. He even called my boyfriend and yelled at him calling him a c***sucker, a mother***er, among other things. You do not want to be doing business with someone as unhinged as him. As for the reason for this harassment, I had an issue with them overcharging me by several hours over the quote, and they took so long that me and my female friend were forced to do the majority of the unloading because we were told they wouldn't be done until 11pm. She and I were running up and down the stairs with boxes and we completed it within an hour yet I was still charged for 4+ hours. Not to mention how long they took to actually load up the truck when the only things that were being moved were packed up boxes, a small dining table, a desk, a bookcase, and two dressers. It wasn't even a complete one bedroom and they took as long as it would for a 2 bedroom. I tried to negotiate a reasonable solution but instead of responding, he is maliciously calling over and over again in the middle of the night. **these are not repeated photos. This is legitimately how much he called me."

I was moving out after a break up so the situation required elements of delicacy and these guys delivered. They were fast, above and beyond helpful and trustworthy. "I cannot say enough great things about All Service Moving—and ESPECIALLY Rico and Reyes, who were absolute lifesavers for my last-minute move. After another moving company bailed on me the day before my scheduled move, All Service swooped in and saved the day. Rico and Reyes showed up EARLY, upbeat, and ready to tackle the challenge—even with super heavy furniture that usually requires a 4-person crew. Somehow, the two of them handled everything like pros without a single scratch or ding—on the furniture or either home. What really stood out was how personable, kind, and thoughtful they were. They moved quickly and efficiently, knowing I was paying by the hour, but never once sacrificed care or quality. They were kind to my mom (who was helping me out), and so sweet to my two dogs too. If you’re planning a move, ask for Rico and Reyes by name. They went above and beyond, and I want their team to know what a fantastic job they did. They deserve every bit of recognition. 100% recommend."

"DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY AND DON'T BELIEVE THEIR LIES THAT THERE WON'T BE ANY ADDITIONAL CHARGES! I wish I would've read the Yelp reviews prior, but Mario comes off as a friendly and helpful guy. Don't fall for it! I lived in a studio apartment and was in the process of a renovation so I ended up putting my stuff in their storage facility for a month. First, the move to the storage unit cost 50% more than the amount I was quoted (quoted 950, cost over 1300) even though everything was packed in boxes, bins, compression/zipped bags, luggage, etc. except for the furniture. For some stupid reason, they put my side tables in wardrobe boxes UNPROTECTED next to a metal shelf, underneath heavy (approximately 10lb. each) bags of clothing, etc. instead of blanket wrapping them. Because of their incompetence and carelessness, they broke a marble top side table from Anthropologie. They also weren?t at the storage facility when my movers came to pick up my stuff. "
