Because when I was at the end of my wits trying to figure out who was telling me the truth, I called Ed Mack the owner and he was reassuring that my home was not that old to be having all these problems. He referred me to a website for the Air Duct Cleaners Association and read about what air duct cleaning really does. So I had Air Duct Professionals come out to the inspection and they have an actual HVAC guy on their staff. Immediately looking at how new and well maintained our air system was in the attic, he told us those other companies were trying to scam us. "My 26 year old central air system went out on a Thursday night.  I called Liberty Friday morning and the sales manager for Liberty came to the home the same afternoon. After discussing details, options and answering all of my questions, I accepted their contract to replace my 5 ton ac and furnace. The price was fair and all of the work was completed the very next Tuesday.  Part of the installation involved enlarging the air return space under the furnace closet.  This improvement, along with the higher efficiency AC unit should keep me smiling this summer.  They also provided a programmable thermostat and set it up so the house will always be at my preferred temperature.  I won't even have to switch between cooling and heating when the seasons change.  I couldn't be more pleased with the outcome and will definitely call Liberty for any plumbing problems I might have in the future.

"Unfortunately, I needed an HVAC company to fix my AC during a heat wave. Most companies were 5+ days out before they could even diagnose our problem. Called 3 highly visible companies, from their marketing, who said they wouldn't even work on our unit. I went with a referral from a neighbor, mistake. This company took a week to get to us then the tech went MIA for 5 days with no contact when he said he would be back tomorrow with parts. Won't mention their name as there could have been multiple uncontrollable reasons why. I then did a lot of research on different companies across multiple review websites (including Angies) and Excel Air stood out. Once I spoke to the office staff, great experience, they had a tech out to our home in 2 days with our problem diagnosed. Our tech's name was Lucas who was efficient with his time, talked me through what was going on and gave us our estimate which we were happy to move forward with. Lucas fixed our problem in under 20 minutes. Me being me, I watched each step and saw the quality work. He even put in a fuse to ensure the same problem didn't happen again to our transformer. Once he fixed everything and got our new thermostat power, our AC has been working perfectly ever since. I'm now a really big supporter of Excel Air. Their office staff worked with our insurance company after hours and actually updated us (what company does this these days) the entire way. I can't tell you how impressed I was from their office, Lucas and most of all their successful resolution of our problems with our AC. Thank you Excel Air!"

"Technician Angel came on time. He first cleaned our HVAC unit, checked the wirings & parts & performed tests to ensure the unit is running according to standards. He inspected the Air ducts, vents even the attic. He explained everything and showed us the pictures that he took & the results on HVAC heating and cooling tests that were done. Overall a very good job done by Technician Angel I told him to come back after 6 months. Already recommended Airtime Heating & Cooling to my neighbor. 5 STARS"

"I was really impressed with the service provided by Nadav and he is team. I have a thirty year old home that still had the original HVAC systems. One located in the attic and the other underneath the house. Neither of these installations was simple. The Sky Clean Air team quoted me two days to remove and install new systems. The install crew was really professional, courteous and hard working. The underneath the house install was especially difficult with a tight crawl space in a less than hospital environment. These guys were not a show up at 10 leave at 3 pm crew.......they worked long hours both days to ensure they met the promised schedule.They kept me informed any issues throughout the installation process so there were no surprises. At the end of two days we had two beautifully installed systems that now cool our 4000 sq ft house in a matter of an hour instead of the 4 or 5 the old system required. I feel that the pricing they gave me was very fair and at the end of the job I felt like I got more value than what I paid. I would certainly use them again in the future."
