I was shocked at the amount of dust. I spent the next 2 days vacuuming everything including the walls! The bedspreads and comforters will require a trip to the dry cleaner. Additional cost! His knowledge was vast, and, if the pictures weren't enough, he was upfront and honest that we should replace the entire system before more damage was done. Also, compared to other HVAC specialists' quotes that we received none were better than MSP's. It felt great knowing that we got a great deal. Within a few days, a mighty team of two, Nate and Jose began replacing our ancient AC with a more powerful one that would cool our 2-story house from top to bottom. The guys were courteous, professional, and extremely hard working. Besides the excellent job of cleaning up, they also installed a new thermostat and took the time to show my wife and I how to use it.
