"We met with several HVAC people, both large and small companies. Both try to monopolize our time with sales pitches and really didn’t understand our needs. Really appreciated the the fact that Mike the owner met with us, was Frank with us, talked about lying with us, understood exactly what we needed. We have experience in the industry, we had a unique situation in that we were looking for HVAC for a manufactured home. This is our retirement home. He didn’t waste our time he got to the bottom line. Then his crew that came out was friendly and efficient. He gave us the best price, But not only that I did my homework because I am a retired IRS, senior manager and my significant other is a housing contractor, and he was right on with his suggestions. "We had an HVAC issue develop on a Sunday. Contacted MSP and they scheduled a technician for Monday. They called us back an hour later and said they had a technician come available and asked if we were interested in getting serviced right away at the same service rate. The technician came by, fixed our system and even gave us some tips on our system. Very professional and informative. Excellent experience."

"Technician Angel came on time. He first cleaned our HVAC unit, checked the wirings & parts & performed tests to ensure the unit is running according to standards. He inspected the Air ducts, vents even the attic. He explained everything and showed us the pictures that he took & the results on HVAC heating and cooling tests that were done. Overall a very good job done by Technician Angel I told him to come back after 6 months. Already recommended Airtime Heating & Cooling to my neighbor. 5 STARS"

"My ac, heater, and thermostat all went out at the same time. I called an hvac company and they said I needed a new furnace and ac and it'd be $12k. I called Heating and Air 365 to try to get a cheaper quote on a new system. Tommy came out and said the system was fine. It just had a short in the thermostat wires by the ac, my dog must have chewed through them. He replaced the wires and fixed something in the furnace and everything is working great. He saved me thousands. It's refreshing to see some honesty out there. He's got my business for life."
