I have used several business service companies over the years, and Air Pro would rank among the best. They excel in all categories and are very professional and personable at the same time. Their quality of work was amazing and the entire crew were experienced hard workers. They also communicate very well with follow-up and we’re always on time . Air Pro is very competitive with pricing yet with the excellent quality made it an incredible value. I give the personal touch by Vince the owner to each of his employees my highest recommendation , without any reservations.

This is an outstanding company starting with Paloma the Lady that checks out the home and recommends the work that needed to be done friendly and knowledgeable which is the same for Eric and his crew os installers to the owner Vinny that came by several times to check on the work and made sure i was satisfied. Every member of the crew will stop to explain the process and answer questions. They are detailed oriented and most of all work with safety as their most important objective. Their goal was that i will be satisfied with the cooling and heating of the home and they achieved that. After the job was done it seems like they were not there except for my new ac and furnace. Pricing is compatible or cheaper than most but remember you get what you pay for so dont go for the cheapest company go with this company. Quality of install was outstanding they tested the lines for leaks using nitrogen and vacuumed the lines also, a good sign of quality work. There is a 10 year warranty on parts and labor most company just offer warranty on parts. The entrance to the attic was tight so they disassembled the furnace and ac coil so that they didnt have to cut my drywall again extra efforts by the crew. Overall i am very satisfied and highly recommend this company. Thank you

This is an overdue review that I’m writing a month after the installation. This is why the delay matters: because I still feel strongly about the service received from this company. From the beginning, the sales associate sat down with me to recognize by budget constraints and worked with the owner and me to find a strong price point for quality products. The technicians came over within days, not weeks, days. Cesar and Tony were extremely professional. It was the middle of the heatwave and they were in the attic sweating it out for hours upon hours. They were diligent in piecing all the components together and regularly checking in with me to let me know what the next step was. It was a 1.5 day long installation and their thoroughness and overall care was exceptional. I highly recommend Air Pro because they care and with the care comes a price point that’ll help you sleep at night and also a working HVAC…that’ll also help you sleep at night. Make sure you ask for Tony and Cesar though. They were awesome!

After years of research I finally came to the conclusion of who to use for the installation of AC unit. I received quotes from many Hvac companies. Many had great offers and rates, but Air Pro hands down won my business. Air Pro was able to install a complete Hvac system in my home in one day. The Sales rep Paloma was great, she walked me through each of there products with the pros n cons to each system. Also what they had available, what would need to be ordered and how long it would take. Once the order was placed and date confirmed. Vincent and his team showed up on site on time ready to work. They verified equipment and answered all my questions before they actually started working. (Very picky) Even with that said they were willing to do anything I wanted or had concerns about. They were very organized and respectful of the property. If you are thinking about Air Pro, you need not look anywhere else. This is your AC team of choice. You will not be disappointed. Hands down, Air Pro Heating & Air is your number #1 choice in San Diego county, after going thru a complete renovation in our home we totally forgot about the AC, after doing a research and realize how expensive it was to do a complete installation from scratch, we found Air Pro on Tik Tok I send them a message and they return my call within 30 minutes, we schedule an appointment 2 days later with a sales advisor. Paloma was our sales advisor and she walk us thru the whole process on doing a complete A/C unit, Paloma was very honest and very profesional and told us exactly what we need it, after talking about pricing we did negóciate very little cause the price Air Pro gave us was almost half the price for their competition, 4 days later Air Pro did our installation in 2 days, one of the owners came with his crew and introduce himself by the name of Nate, very honest and very profesional, I will defenally referred Air Pro to friends and family members.

I was very stressful because our air condition went out and I always have my husband here to take care of things. While this event happened my husband was out of town. I was referred to 4 different places before I came across Air Pro. I immediately made an appointment and that’s when I met Paloma. She came to our house and did really thorough inspection. The other company did not even spend but 5 minutes checking. I felt like they just wanted our money. Not with Paloma she really walked me through options. At the end of the day working with her I know in my heart that going through her would be the best choice. She then worked with me and my husband on selecting the best financed to get the project going. She then immediately set us up the next day for install. The installers were also Great, professional and really efficient. I was impressed by their work ethic and professionalism. During the install the owner and Paloma stopped by to check and ensure the job is getting done right!!!! WOW I CANT SAY ENOUGH great things about AIR PRO and Paloma and installers.
