"They did a number of things. Braced and restrapped water heater and ran copper line for pressure relief to outside. Unclogged master toilet and reseated. Bolted down second toilet. Reconnected clothes dryer vent. Repaired air gap/garbage disposal and drain line under kitchen sink, crawled under house and remove galvanized pipe straps and replaced with nylon pipe clamps. I was a contractor and used to do this work, o an very critical. They did an outstanding job. Went the extra mile several times. I was expecting a bill for a higher amount but they stuck with their estimate. I recommend them highly and would use them again!!"

"Jay & his team were faced with a very challenging job of root intrusion in one of my drainpipes that ran under my concrete-slab-on-grade house. This required jack hammering a trench through my breakfast nook?s tile floor and about 8 of concrete to follow approximately 2 ft. of solidly plugged pipeline. To add to the difficulty, adjacent copper pipes required his staff to drill and excavate concrete and clay soil as if they were digging at an archaeological site, requiring painstaking care. New materials were used to replace the existing drainpipe, over which they poured concrete and prepped the area for my tile expert. Additional challenging work scope was completed by Jay, who replaced a kitchen sink faucet and soap dispenser, which were atop a granite slab and difficult to remove, due to the garbage disposal unit and sink drain blocking easy access. My husband and I were in awe of Jays patience and skill, as well as the expertise of his staff. Great communication & status updates."

"I had to change the appointments several times due to conflicts. The office staff, especially Jeff, was extremely obliging. Mike did the estimate. He was very knowledgeable and spent some time discussing options with me. I wanted to purchase my own faucet/sink and he even gave me some tips on that. Jose and Javier arrived on time to do the installs. They were great. Even though they had to leave to pick-up the toilets and my delivery of the faucet/sink was delayed, they finished everything same day. They were friendly, yet very professional. As I was recovering from a medical procedure, there were certain preparations I was unable to do in advance. They were extremely accommodating in handling those themselves. They kept me appraised of their progress & concerns and cleaned up the work areas when they were done. Best of all, everything works wonderfully and the overall cost was within the estimate.
