Again, AAP Home Services gave me outstanding service. I called AAP to fix a slow drain in my Mother's kitchen sink. I received an appointment for a plumber to visit that same day and in the morning. They were very quick to respond. Plumbers Steven and apprentice Chris came and quickly assessed the issue. They cleaned out the drain, and suggested that the kitchen sink faucet needed to be replaced because it was leaking. This was known by my Mother, but she did not tell me this, and was just planning to "live" with the leaking faucet. We also had a leaking garbage disposal as well, which Steven and Chris replaced for us. They sourced both the needed faucet and garbage disposal for us, as I am unable to do so (since I live 400 miles away), and neither is Mom able to do this. They also repiped the PVC under the sink after cleaning out the slow drain, and replacing the faucet and garbage disposal which were both at least 20 years old. A really appreciated fact is that the kitchen sink was as good as new the same day the service was requested, and this required working until very late in the day for both Steven and Chris. My Mother could have been without the use of her sink for a day or more had not Steven and Chris continued to work late to get the job done that same day. Both my Mother and I really appreciated the extra effort Steven and Chris put in to get the job done. Thank you so much, Steven and Chris, and also to AAP Home Services for having such outstanding plumbers. My Mother also said that Steven and Chris cleaned up well after the repair was finished, and also willingly moved all the stuff under the kitchen sink out, before beginning work, as they could see that my Mother was unable to do so (due to her senior status). My special thanks to both Steven and Chris for recognizing that and not letting it be an obstacle. Thank you also to the AAP Home Services appointment scheduler for arranging the service for me the same day I called. I suspect she may not receive a lot of credit for her work, but it is crucial and appreciated as well. She made AAP Home Services look very responsive to customer needs today. I have now used AAP Home Services three times, and will continue to call on them for my plumbing needs at my Mother's house.

Steven and Elija were friendly and super professional. We talked about the project and they showed me the situation with their camera so I could see for myself what was going on. They booked an extra team to help out with some other things we needed the next day. They were helpful and informative when I had any questions. I have used this company multiple times over the past few years. Every person that has come has been awesome. I will not use any other company!

Steven Araujo showed much initiative in finding the water shutoff valves for my condominium unit. He cheerfully did another small project in addition to the one he was hired to do.

Steven Araujo was already working on my house and another plumbing issue arose, leaking fixtures of a second floor bathtub that required cutting through stucco on the exterior for repair access. He was able to get to it in 2 days and completed the entire project in one day, including patching and re-stucco. I was very grateful because rain was forecast for the next day. The entire project looks great!

We needed the water pressure regulator and associated pipes replaced. AAP responded the same day. It wasnâ t urgent, but Steven Araujo squeezed the job in before getting started on a huge job that was scheduled soon. Thanks for the prompt service and a job well done as well!
