They worked with the other vendors and my insurance directly to make sure that no time was wasted between services from different companies, the work was quick and thorough (proof received through testing), and every consideration was given to my family with two toddlers and small home during a pandemic - they did their very best to work around us and our day to day needs. "Carlos recently completed an update of our bathroom, which was very outdated with old fixtures and badly peeling paint. He prepped, painted, and installed new fixtures and lighting in the bathroom, as well as installing 2 ceiling lights in the rest of the house. We are very happy with the results, and what a pleasure it was to work with him. He  was prompt, reliable, easy to work with and very responsive to what we needed. He left the work area looking great at the end of each day, and completely cleaned everything up at the end of the job. Our bathroom is transformed! Lastly and importantly, his prices are extremely reasonable and significantly lower than other estimates that we got. We will definitely hire him again, and we are passing his name on to our friends.

"I am re-landscaping my yard and had used Nato before for a small project and he did a good job for me so I asked him to bid this project. His price was competitive. He and his crew arrived promptly, completed the job on time and did quality work. I installed some irrigation lines and landscape lighting conduit during their job and I was pretty slow and it delayed them from filling in their trenches. Nato and his crew were very patient and Nato actually helped me at one point since I was such rookie. My landscape architect wanted the drains to be done a certain way and while it was not the usual way Nato did drains he was fine doing it the way that was requested. I would definitely use him again and told him to use me as a reference."

"Three men were sent to get everything cleaned up in a day. They also arranged for the plumber to go and make the pipe repair the next morning so that my tenants were not inconvenienced for more than one day. They did a very good job cleaning and sanitizing the area."

"All went very well. We had worked with SGK before, installing some downstairs windows, and felt very comfortable going back to them again. Within a few days of calling them, Frank Jewett, the window sales person for our area, came out to the house and spent an hour and a half or so discussing possibilities for each of our 3 upstairs bedrooms and one bathroom. Frank was very knowledgeable, providing a lot of detail and answering all of our questions. Two or three weeks later, we scheduled installation dates (2.5 days). 
We had two installers for this job. The lead was an older man, Gocha, from the country of Georgia, and he was working with his son-in-law. The son-in-law spoke no English, having very recently arrived in the states. Gocha had some language limitations (he has been here several years), but could always make himself understood and we could always find a way to communicate what we needed to. The two of them were incredibly hard workers, and Gocha checked in with us regularly to make sure every detail was correct and to our satisfaction. Our front door installation was particularly challenging, so we totally appreciated their great attention to detail.
They cleaned up well and were obviously pleased with their craftsmanship, as well they should have been.
The only reason I gave them a "B" on pricing is that I'm not really how to rate them in this category. We originally selected them because of comments on Angie's List, with folks feeling they definitely got their money's worth. We do, too, but whether that's an "A" or a "B," I'm not sure.

The project included a complete kitchen remodel, extending it to the other room, removing some walls, a new island and recessed lights and custom cabinets. We also renovated all three bathrooms and all bedrooms in the house, all have been pretty much "gutted-out" and redone. Everything looks amazing, I just can't believe that this is the same old property that we have purchased recently. We found this company after months of research and after almost giving up on finding a contractor that we felt is reliable and professional enough to undertake such a project.
