So, where do I start, how can I provide you, the reader of this review with true and objective information without sounding like I have a vested interest.  Well, you will have to read and believe everything I am telling you.

My wife and I are new to Burlingame, just bought a beautiful 1906 crafstman home, of course with that comes all of the headaches of an old house that needs lots of repair.

We needed someone that could help us with some of the update projects that we've been planning now for a while and of course, as usual we tried to do it ourselves?.Not advisable, if you want to maintain your sanity or would like to be able to spend the little free time you have with your family enjoying your day off.

At any rate, we decided to join Angie's list and look for someone who could help us with our projects.  Boy was that ever the best move. We found Carlos under Handyman/Painting.  I have to say, he is not really just a handyman or a painter, he is really a perfectionist and a real professional.

We started by wanting to install some cabinets in our only bathroom in the house and ended up completely updating the bathroom and this is because we decided that we could trust Carlos and felt that he would be able to do a great and honest job.  Well, he exceeded our expectations by far.  I could go on and on about how great Carlos is and how happy we are with everything he did, however, it would take a while.

I think that if you're looking for an honest, professional who will do the best job and will leave you happy, then you should select Carlos.

We definitely have already a list of future projects that I know Carlos will be busy taking care of for us.  So, please get in line....."

"Nato came on a Thursday and did an initial estimate. He was very clear that the garden would look a little bare for a few weeks as he'd have to cut things back pretty far. His estimate was 1/2 that of the other companies we talked to, and he was willing to come on the weekends, which made things much easier for us. He came back just three days later (on a Saturday) and two of his men spent 8 hours here. They left with a truck overflowing with trimmings, and even removed a small tree for us. Nato supervised them at the beginning and end, and the team was great to work with (we were working in the front yard while they were in the back) - extremely helpful and courteous. Total bill was just what he said - $500. We also gave each of the two guys a tip (though we were never asked to do so and I didn't even detect a hint of expecting one). The cleanup looks great though, as he cautioned, things are a little barren while we wait for them to grow back. For large cleanup jobs, this company is excellent. Though I use an all organic company for regular maintenance now (I would use Nato if I was not so into organic gardening), I will certainly call Nato and his team for the next large job. Highly recommend."
