"I had a great experience with Western Rooter. Vinny and his team were very professional and friendly. I had an issue with a leaking vertical sewer pipe, which was located behind a wall. The team inspected the pipe and walked me through the various options and benefits/costs of each. After initially completing the work, they found some additional holes in a connecting pipe. Instead of trying to upcharge for the additional work, they completed the additional repairs at no cost to me because they wanted to make sure they finished the job in its entirety and leave me with a functioning pipe system. They are very honest and really went the extra mile to make sure the job was done correctly, even though it took them several extra days to complete it. I would highly recommend Western Rooter for any plumbing needs."

"This was a difficult project, owing to the no-cripple-wall construction of my house and the ridiculously tight crawl space - less than a foot in critical spots - plus the maze of beams and ducts. I called six or seven plumbers to come out and bid the work and two of them ran screaming (well, not really, they just told me they needed to work up an estimate 'back at the office' and never called back). One guy swore I'd have to rip out a wall AND the floor to get to the pipe. Mr. Rooter didn't propose anything so dramatic. They just said they'd excavate as needed to make room to move around. So that's what they did. They billed it as a two-day job. They showed up on time, and the work was wrapped up by the third hour of the second day. Because that, I was concerned this job had been overbilled. Their bid had been astronomical, but it was still lower than everyone's except the guy with the lapsed bond. Mr. Rooter had been willing to negotiate and I knocked about $650 off their initial bid. They took another $200 off at the back end because of my concern with overbilling. They didn't have to do that since they had a signed contract in hand, but they were willing to take care of a customer. Thumbs up for that. The work looks solid, as far as this layman can tell. Everything drains as it should and none of the joints leak."

"Alan came out same day within couple of hours to clear a clogged bathtub drain. Worked on it for some time, went above and beyond to get it drained but no luck' House is 50 + years old with cast iron pipes so I was not surprised when he said ones under the tub needed to be replaced. Had been giving us trouble for several years and had been getting worse. He wrote a proposal and said he could do the next day as it was too late to start that day. James the owner showed up early next morning and went over what needed to be done. Gave a fair price and Alan showed up hr or so later and got started. Worked all day bless his heart. Got drain running smoothly. It's been about 2 weeks and all still going great. Have had a number of plumbing jobs done in the past by different companies but James Degennaro was by far the best. Both he and Alan were great and professional and did great work and clean up. .Would absolutely hire again and recommend . So glad I found them. "I called Vega Landscaping to come out and quote the above work. We wanted to have our backyard redone for our son's first birthday party. Nick came out, surveyed the yard, quoted on the spot. His price was far superior to another company we had quoted a few months earlier. We decided that we were going to go with Nick since we needed this job started soon. Nick provided a detailed drawing of the backyard with the vision we had in mind. We scheduled the work to be done in a week and half so that we could do some plant selection. 
Work began right on schedule. Everything progressed nicely, the yard was cleaned up as much as could be at the end of every day. The patio that we had shortened took a little damage when it was cut, but Nick and his guys were able to repair the damage very nicely. 
Once the plants were installed, we realized that there were certain plants we didn't like and we didn't like the placement of some others. Nick offered to replace and move some of the plants we didn't like free of charge! 
Nick's team also did some extra maintenance on our yard that wasn't part of the original work scope. They weeded our side yard and parts of our front yard and we were happy to see the extra effort put forward. 
All in all, the yard looks fantastic! It was hideous and shameful before, but we are very prideful in how it looks now. We will go with Nick for all of our future landscaping needs.
