"complete redo of entire yard. front back sides, tons of pavers and turf with grand pergola and fire pit. Got lots of good advice and suggestions from Lifetime, used almost all of them. Paver contractor was very skilled, very impressive, solving problems that came along - somethings are unknown until demolished or dug up. Everything turned out great, neighbors commenting as well. Pergola guys also were very professional and skilled. Final product in daylight or night is just beautiful. No delays, no issues. Id do it again in a heartbeat."

Since then, I’ve dealt with four project managers, endless delays, broken promises, and almost zero communication. One crew came but didn’t know what they were supposed to do and couldn’t reach anyone for direction. Another poured a footing wrong, according to one of their own workers. Months later, my yard is still torn apart, and HavenHub continues to ignore me despite taking full payment. I’ve had to involve a lawyer just to try to get a response. Terrible communication, unreliable crews, and no accountability. Be very careful before hiring this company."

There was a 4 foot section of wood fence which I agreed to remove and replace when they completed the job. I removed the section of fence and was pleasantly surprised to find that, after they had completed the retaining wall, they had replaced the 4 foot section of fence, even properly cutting it to fit the new retaining wall.
