What I initially believed to be one or two broken sprinkler heads turned out to be three, and he quickly identified and resolved the issue the very same day. He took the time to clearly explain the problem and the repairs, ensuring I understood the work being performed. Upon completion, he thoroughly cleaned the area and left everything in excellent condition.
