Excellent company excellent plumbers. Out water heater ruptured in the middle of the night and we had a plumber contacting us with next steps almost immediately at 2am. Greg, our plumber went above and beyond trying to get our hot water back as soon as possible and as cost effectively as possible and we can’t thank him enough for that. Great communication and a quick install. Can’t see us using anyone else for our plumbing needs.

The installer seemed to now what he was doing, but had a couple of problems. He dropped one toilet and spilled the water on a bedroom rug. Now the water level in one toilet is not level, it is lower in the back. I called that to their attention and the installer came out, but after conferring with his supervisor they could not come up with an answer. So he left. Later on I used a level and found the toilet is not level, but it does not interfere with its operation. Fortunately I had an Angie's List coupon because I found their service pricy.

First call was on 4/26/18. Office staff asked if I wanted estimator to come first; I declined as a leak needs to get fixed regardless of cost. Plumber was super polite, knowledgeable, well-groomed and efficient. I used a different plumbing company a few weeks later for a water heater problem and regretted not simply calling Rayne. When the water heater developed another problem I called Rayne. The plumber Rayne sent for that reeked of cigarettes but otherwise got the job done.

I purchased the special through Angie's list for the faucet replacement. Daisy, with Rayne, called me before I could call them to schedule the appointment! Super fast, and super friendly. I got an appointment for just a couple of days later! Super convenient! When I made my appointment, I mentioned that my daughter had a show for camp on that afternoon, and they would have to be there and finished by 2pm. On the day of the appointment, they called me first thing in the morning and came even earlier than promised! Super punctual! Aaron Campa, was very friendly, and completed the work very quickly. He even checked with me on the positioning of our multi-hose connector! He went above and beyond! All in all, I couldn't say enough positive things about Rayne, and my experience with them. I will now use them for all my plumbing needs!

Not well. The guy decide to take my garage sink apart even I asked him to unplug it from outside. After he wasted one hour and he end up unplug the sink from outside any way. It costed my 2 hours instead one hour. Then he left the old parts outside of the house on the drive way.

Attacking a clog from a cleanout when just one location is backing up is not always recommended but I do agree he should of taken your advice. He should of also taken away old parts, as that is what they are trained to do. I apologize you caught one of our techs on a off day. It was a positive experience. I believe that they were out right away, within a week. I didn't think the quality was excellent, but I thought it was good.

The plumber was fine, he knew his stuff and went to business. Here is the thing. The problem with our toilet is we needed a certain part and he had to go back to his shop and get the part and that was an hour of time he charged us to get the part rather then say I would come back another time. I did not appreciate that and I would not recommend him for that. We were grossly overcharged for our time. He did fine as a plumber. I think he took advantage of us. I felt victimized. We were charged for time I did not think we should have. It took him 10 minutes once he had the part. Everything was fine except for the hour we were ripped off for and should not have been charged.

When I called, the phone rep said it was $169 per hour. I figured it was something easy to fix and it was...it took the Rayne guy 2 minutes to light my water heater. I just didn't know how to do it. I assumed the most they would charge me would be $45 for 15 mins worth of labor, even though it was only 2 minutes, LITERALLY. Instead the Rayne guy informed me it was an hour MINIMUM charge. If the phone rep had told me that, I would have NOT have ordered the service.

it went well. They found several problems. I had them make the needed repairs and do some additional work, as well. They came back a second day in order to do all the work that was needed , as well as some additional work I requested to be done. They fixed my cast iron drain riser, installed a water line for my new Fridge, ice maker. Ran a copper line for a new outdoor spigot, installed a new kitchen "touch-less" faucet, replaced dishwasher supply valve, ran a high pressure release line for Hot water heater, and some other work. all went well.

They were pretty good. They did the job pretty well so I'm quite pleased. The price was okay because most of it was covered by the Angie's List big deal purchase. But as for the Angie's List purchase, I didn't realize it would be a lot more than what it was. The service provider wanted me to pay 70 bucks for the added price. They also said they needed extra parts so I ran out and got the parts, and it turned out they weren't what they needed. But that wasn't too bad for me.

It was okay. He spent about 20 to 30 minutes on the phone with the manufacturer of the water heater in order to troubleshoot what was wrong with it. I didn't think he knew the material as well as he should have. We had to pay an extra 30 minutes of labor. He did come on time.

They didn't really seemed able to answer all my questions I didn't fine them sufficiently professional, It was very expensive for an hour basically talking.
