He thought he needed help, but no one was available from his company. So he went out to the plumbing supply store to pick up supplies we had not provided (we had purchased all of the replacement faucets, and two of the four shutoff valves). He worked diligently and finished the project by late afternoon. Our only complaint was that the plumber did not set the drain plugs properly.
