We ended up picking a rock which we did not intend to do and we love it! We scheduled a day and time with Jason about 3 weeks out, and asked him if he could come sooner if someone cancelled. It worked! We got everything put in 8 days early. There was a crew of two guys who came promptly at 8 AM. They were clean and respectful of our home. They covered the floor with a drop cloth. They had everything removed, inserted and cleaned by 1 PM (2 hours ahead of schedule). We love it. We got a remote control and there is a variable speed fan. Very easy
