"Back in September we had Eddie , Mario (Eddies right hand guy) and his crew reinvent our weed strewn back yard. Eddie suggested replacing back patio and extending it out with walkways connecting to a new shed and side of house which turned out great. They put in sod, planted plants, put in sprinklers and drip lines, all which transformed our back weed patch into staycation land. Needless to say we were extremely happy with the results. They also removed and replaced our cracked (destroyed) driveway with a nice clean looking driveway admired many times by passing neighbors (probably happy to see our destroyed one go). It also turned out fantastic. We were so happy with Eddie Mullins Landscaping that we had them return this week and put in a drought tolerant landscape in our front yard. We had a patch of artificial turf put in the center of our small front yard. Eddie suggested the other plants and rock to put in since we had no ideas of our own with Mario suggesting some Japanese maple trees to go along with the plants (thanks Mario great idea). We were amazed by the finished product. Several people have stopped and commented how nice our yard looks now. Eddie, Mario and his brother Michael did a stupendous job on our front yard. "I needed to have 20 feet of walkway removed that had been damaged by tree roots. Mark came to my home and explained to me in detail how the old cement would be removed and the details of pouring new concrete that included finishing with exposed aggregate that would match as close to possible to the exposed aggregate that was remaining. The bid for the work came in below two other bids I had received. Mark followed up promptly with a date for the work. The crew arrived on time, removed the old cement and three large roots underneath and hauled it all away, then laid the framework and installed rebar. Within minutes, the cement truck arrived and it was poured. One of the crew remained for the next three hours to finish the exposed aggregate portion of the job. The complete project took around five hours. I am completely satisfied with the finished work. From start to finish all of the contact I had with Mark and the crew was professional, courteous, and friendly. I will definitely contact California Exteriors for any work I will need in the future and will not hesitate to refer my friends and colleagues to hem for similar work."

"Alvaro Mantar did a very good job replacing the concrete apron in front of our garage and blending it into the existing sidewalk. About 110 square feet. Project included correcting the grade for better drainage and hauling away the debris. Job was done in one day and at a very reasonable price. I should note Alvaro was the only contractor who came on-site before submitting a bid. Other contractors just bid based on photos."

"I should have called Fenix years ago. I am not sure how to fully convey how completely thrilled I am with the entire process and the final outcome of Fenix' services. A very professional crew arrived on time (in fact, they moved us up a few days!) and began a well choreographed process of clearing the awful rock and roots and uneven ground. I think they had 4 wheelbarrows going in a steady stream. There was a sprinkler pipe issued and they solved that issue...they have seen every problem that can occur. They began at 7 a.m. and by 4 p.m. we had a gorgeous outcome. They sculpted/laid out the turf exactly how we wanted it (and suggested a better idea!). I can't believe how beautiful my "grass" looks and how amazing my yard looks. All of the crew were so nice with great attitudes and excellent craftsmanship. The foreman is there all day with the crew which is important...no coming and going. Truly, I am amazed and delighted with zero "buyer's remorse" speaking of which, I was pleasantly surprised by the very very reasonable cost for such an excellent job.
