The generator was originally installed by someone who did not know what they were doing- including not getting a permit! Sola Systems had to move it ( too close to windows to get the permit), ground it properly, redo the gas lines and wiring. We were horrified about the prior contractor ( who should have told us it was beyond his knowledge base). Sola and his team patiently explained each step of the process, literally walked me to all relevant locations, notified us of who was coming and when, and (given our other ongoing project) coordinated impeccably. And, they left the site clean! I would easily hire this group again!
