"Rick and his crew were absolutely wonderful! We received quotes from several painters; however, none were as thorough in their assessment of our home as Rick. After witnessing him in action we knew we would be in good hands and Rick and his crew certainly lived up to that. On day one we looked out our window and saw Rick and crew arriving precisely on time. When we opened the door Rick shook our hands and then proceeded to introduce his team one by one. We had such wonderful first impressions! "Do make sure you and your contractor understand each other and explain exactly what you need and want.  Most often
old homes will have problems with dry rot, termites, old electrical and a good contractor lets you know you have these problems and will give you an estimate of what it will cost to fix them.  My opinion is if you are going to have a job done you should not mask problems.  We were fortunate not to have had dry rot.  The bones of our house was in very good condition.  However, our electrical panel was going to need replacing.  If you have your home already open to reside or whatever you are doing the extra time and cost is worth it.

"It was good. They kept rescheduling and rescheduling and then the rain came in. They couldn't work and they rescheduled again. I just had to buy my own paint. They were good. I would let them know that they do good at what they do but they will reschedule several times before they get the work done. I would use them but I would have to be patient."
