The day of the service they called before heading to my home and they were on time and very friendly. There were two workers that arrived. One was being trained. Both were informative, timely, courteous and clean (wore shoe guards YEAH!). They cleaned up my Fireplace like new. My heating unit was tune-up and some recommendations were recommended. they were very informative on what and why I should have the work done but I didn't feel like a high pressure salesman which is good cause if they would've been I would've tuned them right out, LOL I am going to do their service club membership and will continue to do business with them for sure. I am glad I found them

"Hot water heater. They work with the insurance I have for all my plumbing needs like the outside sewer and stuff. They come to the house they had to fix something on my brand new hot water heater that someone else put in and would not follow up on. Other little plumbing jobs around the house.They are very pleasant, and they come quickly. We had a water line that was plugged and water was going into the bathtub and toilets. That is when the snaked it out. Because I have this wonderful insurance it only costs me $50. I have a special sewer line and in house plumbing insurance. They have been very pleasant, very honest, and very truthful with me. They have been very helpful with letting me know what they are doing. I do not know what they charge for regular services because all I have to pay is the co pay for $50. I have not had to have them come out for anything that I had to pay full price for. They are quick. Certainly in a timely fashion. I would use them again. Even if I could not all them through my insurance I would call them.

"Woke up to no hot water! After 3-4 unsuccessful attempts to re-light the water heater myself (I could light it, but it wouldn't stay lit) I called, and Larry came later that day. The water heater was about 11 years old so I worried I was going to need a brand new one for BIG bucks. Larry said I only needed a new thermocouple. (sp?) Then, I explained a problem I was having with my kitchen faucet getting next to no pressure from the hot water side. I told him what I'd tried, and he told me what to do/try. (He needed to get to another appointment, and he knew I liked to do things myself whenever possible.) I followed his instructions and it worked! Full pressure on the hot water side now. I'd been living with just a trickle for so long I was now elated!!! To say nothing of the money I'd saved. Larry (or his son Mario) will always be my go-to plumbers. I've referred them to neighbors who always get back to me and say Thanks because they were very happy with Larry. I always prefer to use someone who specializes in just the one field I need. And Larry is a prime example of why.

He found some repairs that were needed, and took the time to answer all my questions after showing me exactly what areas were in need of repair. Their fee is reasonable as well. "I have a gas fireplace in which the bearing went out on the blower motor. I called several different companies listed and could not find anyone who would replace the blower motor. One company did offer to replace the motor if I got the motor. I had no idea about model numbers and sources. I finally located Norcal Fireplace Systems. Shawn Moore is the owner and he knew exactly what needed to be done and offered me choices of motors with his recommendation, which I followed. He knew we wanted the blower replaced before Thanksgiving and worked us into his busy schedule. He came as agreed, got delayed on a job prior to ours and called to keep us advised about his schedule. When he arrived, he went right to work, was very professional and obviously very skilled. He rplaced the blower for his estimated price and did the other associated tasks. I felt we got good value with professional, friendly, and quality service. I would readily recommend Norcal Fireplace Systems, and, should the need arise, will call him again.
