"Dean Jones was able to schedule my job 2 days after I agreed to his service. However, he was not able to come when he agreed to be at my home, so he called and and we agreed he could come 2 hours later. He and an associate were prompt and went to work immediately. The job was easy because the roof and gutters were dry, and there were no covers on the gutters. However, many leaves had collected from our oak tree on the roof and in the yard. I had not been able to clean them from around the house and yard because of a medical problem. When they finished the job, I was surprised to see they had also blown away the leaves in my driveway and front patio, and my back deck and walkway around my pool. In addition, leaves had been collected and put in my greenwaste can. He advised me to have the gutters cleaned again in the Spring and offered a discount if I called him for the job. He insisted in giving me a discount for the work this day because he was later  than his original schedule. I tried to decline because he had done more than just clean my gutters, but I finally agreed.

"Purchased Big Deal for house painting. Did not hear from contractor so emailed and then left message on phone. Received call back about two weeks later and scheduled estimate. Estimator took my fan deck to get a color match, and I advised her we needed this done ASAP.

Another week went by, then another, left message to please provide estimate. no response. Contacted help desk. Advised help desk we wished to cancel this contractor for non response. Another week went by and received phone message from contractor, that they needed to schedule the power wash, still no mention of estimate!
