We hired DCCF to replace our front deck with Trex decking. We had a wood deck and painted railings that were getting dry rot. The new Trex decking and black metal railings really updated the look of our house. Their price was fair and they did a great job. We are very pleased with the quality of their work and the materials they used.

I'm very happy with the work done by DC Framing. The old decking was replaced with new Trex type material that looks great. Balthazar adapted my old lattice work to fit my new design. He was a "can do" person. The project was delayed because of rain but completed in a reasonable amount of time.

DC Custom Framing did an excellent job removing the old deck and installing a new Trex deck using the existing design at a very reasonable price. I would recommend them for all your carpentry needs! Thanks again Darrell and Balthazar!

Darrell is very responsive and professional, his crew is extremely friendly and responsible. They started the project on time, and finished on time. When we had concerns about using parts of boards instead of full length boards they changed them out, and when we asked to change the screwed attachment to clips they took care of it.

DC Framing has done a fantastic job. We added 480 sq ft onto our home and we are very pleased. Darrell has been on schedule and very easy to communicate with throughout the project. Would highly recommend him!

This was our second time hiring DC (we previously used them to build a redwood deck). We are very pleased with the outcome of our newly built detached garage. Not having built a structure before we new what we wanted but not exactly sure how to get there. Darrell got us in contact with a great architect who was able to draw up plans and work with us until we got exactly what we had envisioned and was able to help with cost saving ideas. We got a very fair quote for permits, tear down (of an old shed), excavation, cement, roofing and all of the construction - so nice to have one person to take care of it all. Our new garage and second story game room was completed quickly despite having to work with the county on unexpected requirements. The garage is beautiful and we are thrilled with all the hard work by DC Custom Framing.

I liked a couple of things about this contractor. He was willing to work with me and my budget constraints. I believe you get what you pay for. The nice thing is that the contractor was willing to give me a general quote so I knew how much to save. When I was close, I contacted him to get a final quote and then hired him, His crews are skilled and motivated. They work quickly and steadily and are friendly. I believe I got a good value for the money invested,

What lead me to rate them so highly was: accuracy, and that they're always on the ball. They know what's going on. And (Darrell is) a good person to deal with.

Contracted with DC to build the shell to my family room addition (plans, foundation, framing, exterior and flatwork), while I completed the demo, rough-in and finish work. DC worked extremely well around my schedule; adjusted to changing requirements, and completed work in a timely manner. Overall, his crew (subs) did excellent work, but would have preferred that Darrell would have been onsite more frequently for QC, particularly during exterior sheathing. Excellent work; competive price. Recommend without hesistation.
