He was referred to me by another contractor and we were happy with the results. He always came out when he said he would and he finished the job on time so i could get my next tenant in the home. "Purchased Big Deal for house painting. Did not hear from contractor so emailed and then left message on phone. Received call back about two weeks later and scheduled estimate. Estimator took my fan deck to get a color match, and I advised her we needed this done ASAP.

Another week went by, then another, left message to please provide estimate. no response. Contacted help desk. Advised help desk we wished to cancel this contractor for non response. Another week went by and received phone message from contractor, that they needed to schedule the power wash, still no mention of estimate! This made me uncomfortable as I would then be committed to continue with no idea what it would cost."
