Took care of the issue and educated me on my system and was honest in saying I could wait about 4 years till I do it again. Dino was the representative and he was awesome. Very knowledgeable, honest, friendly, explain what was wrong with my dryer vent. Took the time to make sure it was set up correctly with the hose. He also showed me how to shut off my gas valve in case of an emergency did a walk-through to make sure that I had a fire and was informed it needs to be replaced. Dino went above and beyond, what was expected of him and I truly truly appreciate it. I liked his service so much that I am going to hire them to do my duck vent cleaning in the future. You cannot go wrong with The Clean Air People LLC.

Dino called on his way so I knew when to expect him, did a very thorough job, and cleaned up completely so it looked like he was never even there. He explained things in great detail, but to that end, there was some confusion as to the final cost. Even though our run was under 20 ft., the cost was slightly more than was quoted on the phone. Eventually though, he agreed to the originally quoted price.

Chris came out Sunday morning, on time, to clean out my dryer vent. He explained everything before getting to work. He did a very thorough job, and was professional and pleasant. The price I was quoted on the phone was the same price he gave me when the job was completed. While getting ready to leave, he even took some cleaner and wiped down the outside vent where the air comes out! I would definitely call them again, and highly recommend this company.
