"One window had bad wood around the frame. When we mentioned it to the contractor it wasn't addressed, and they installed the new window anyway. In Addition, on the same window the lower left corner of the window frame is loose and needs nailed back in."

In addition to complying with building codes and specifications he truly does not overcharge his customer. On the contrary, he goes overboard keeping the bill to a minimum. Carrillo Construction has worked on many jobs for me in the older home I purchased in Sonoma. I could not possibly recommend them more highly. "I am generally a DIY'r and a while back I purchased six modern windows from a big box store to replace the original aluminum windows in my sixty year old home. I had planned to install them myself with the help of my grandson and we had gotten one installed when he got a job offer, out of state, which he could not pass up. These windows were too heavy and bulky for me to handle myself and my search for an installer happily brought me to Jeff Petty and CW&E. Jeff's crew arrived on time, were polite, clean and efficient and except for a short lunch break, worked straight through to completion.
