We highly recommend Gold Standard Termite and Pest, Inc. Jameson came out to do the inspection and his extensive knowledge and careful explanations immediately put us at ease. We were told by another company that we COULDN'T have subterranean termites because we have a slab foundation. We have an Eichler. Jameson's very thorough inspection discovered that we, indeed, have subterranean termites. We chose to do a local treatment because the drywood termites were in the beams and it appeared that the infestation was in the early stages. Their work and ethics are amazing! Jameson (inspector) and Uriel (technician who performed the treatment) have the utmost respect for your property and personal safety. They entered our home with booties and masks at all time unlike the previous company that did not. I did not have clean up after the work and Uriel was able to match the color on our beams (two different colors) perfectly. To the untrained eye, we couldn't tell where the drilled holes were. We were told by the other company that we would have to buy primer and paint to cover up the treated areas. Jameson's and Uriel's knowledge, customer service and professionalism are outstanding! Their response time is quick and they know how to take good care of their customers. We are so fortunate that we found them to take care of our home. I reached out to three different pest control companies to take care of the mite issue we had with our daughter. She was being bitten all over her body for a few weeks before the doctor recommended that we have our home checked for mites. Out of all the three companies, Gold Standard was the one I felt most comfortable and confident with. Jameson was very friendly and knowledgeable and won us over almost instantly. Once hired, he inspected the home, found droppings, set traps for rodents, placed a mite aroma to kill mites, and successfully removed a rat from our home. He also built a new crawl space door and screwed it into the house so it would not come off. Overall, Jameson did a superb job and now that a month has passed since our last service, my daughter no longer has mite bites! We are so happy that he was able to solve the problem for us. I would highly recommend Gold Standard to anyone with pest issues!

Jameson inspected our house because of terrible odor thought to be from decomposition. He did a very thorough inspection and has special equipment needed to inspect behind sheet rock with only a small drill hole. Very prompt, experienced and professional.

Very well. Jameson could see the rat trails (footprints) to two exit/entry holes. He set traps and closed the holes. Jameson was very competent, knowledgeable, professional and helpful.
