"Initially I was annoyed with this company because it was difficult to get them to call me back and schedule a time for someone to come out and check out my problem. Once we got past that hurdle, however, things went quickly and efficiently and I was very satisfied with their work.
They showed up one day to examine the situation, did some testing, explained what was going on clearly, made a plan, and a couple of days later came back, sealed off the bathroom as thought it were a biohazard site, completed the repair work, came in under budget and provided recommendations for ways to avoid having the problem recur.
The same person who did the initial analysis of the problem also did the repair work. I liked dealing with a single individual.
And then, a couple of weeks after I paid them, I got an unsolicited refund check in the mail for the Angie's discount, which I had forgotten to ask about.
I recommend them highly and would use them again.

"Finally an honest Solar company!! I went through several companies trying to get quotes for one of my properties, either they were ridiculously expensive or they didn't return my calls. A friend of mine referred me to Mega Sun and I have to say I am very pleased. I called Larry on Friday afternoon and left the message regarding our plumbing issue and asked if he could possibly come by on Monday. He called me first thing Monday morning and scheduled a 4-6 pm window. He called when he was on his way and was here before 6.  He cleared the line within 30 minutes.

"Ricardo, Eli, and their helper Cheli were professional, friendly, completed each cleaning task thoroughly, quickly, and completely. From cleaning the blinds to looking new, walls, casings, vacuuming, windows, and carpets, the place looked as great as the day I moved in. Excellent critical thinking and addressing any cleaning challenge. They were very accommodating and considerate. Their fee was reasonable and more than fair for all of the work they accomplished in 3-4 hours. Great people to work with at the end of a trying move. "Nato came on a Thursday and did an initial estimate. He was very clear that the garden would look a little bare for a few weeks as he'd have to cut things back pretty far. His estimate was 1/2 that of the other companies we talked to, and he was willing to come on the weekends, which made things much easier for us. He came back just three days later (on a Saturday) and two of his men spent 8 hours here. They left with a truck overflowing with trimmings, and even removed a small tree for us. Nato supervised them at the beginning and end, and the team was great to work with (we were working in the front yard while they were in the back) - extremely helpful and courteous. Total bill was just what he said - $500. We also gave each of the two guys a tip (though we were never asked to do so and I didn't even detect a hint of expecting one). The cleanup looks great though, as he cautioned, things are a little barren while we wait for them to grow back. For large cleanup jobs, this company is excellent. Though I use an all organic company for regular maintenance now (I would use Nato if I was not so into organic gardening), I will certainly call Nato and his team for the next large job. Highly recommend."

"Rommel (sp?) was service provider that came out... super knowledgeable, professional, and friendly.  He looked at all sinks, showers, toilets, water heater, and manmade stream in yard.  Also very knowledgeable about sink disposer and built-in soap dispenser.  Would highly recommend.

"I got a response from Gloria at Rosa's Maintenance about 2 days after the deal was purchased. She told me that they were busy and could not come and perform the work for 3 weeks. I told her that I had wanted it cleaned asap because I was planning a party that would use the backyard space and that I wanted it clean for that event. She called me back and said, "no problem, we can arrange something to be there this week." They came with a crew of 5 people, instead of the advertised 2 people, and knocked it out in about an hour. I don't recall a clause in the deal stating that I would have to dispose of the weeds after they were cut or have the option to pay them to do so, but that was what was said to me at the time the job was performed. Other than dealing with the garden disposal, they were a joy to work with and were very accommodating. I would definitely use them again and would refer them to friends."
