"Overall they did NOT do what they were paid to do. 1) They were paid $25,000 to document and remove the contents and on numerous occasions they opened a drawer and took one picture, or they missed an area entirely. I would say about 30% of the contents were documented in this way. Their job was to document everything so we could file a comprehensive claim. Very Very unprofessional. 3) In the boxes of items that were cleaned and returned we have found items that were never ours, how many people have they switched or lost items on??"

He and his crew arrived promptly, completed the job on time and did quality work. I installed some irrigation lines and landscape lighting conduit during their job and I was pretty slow and it delayed them from filling in their trenches. Nato and his crew were very patient and Nato actually helped me at one point since I was such rookie. My landscape architect wanted the drains to be done a certain way and while it was not the usual way Nato did drains he was fine doing it the way that was requested.
