"Overall they did NOT do what they were paid to do. 1) They were paid $25,000 to document and remove the contents and on numerous occasions they opened a drawer and took one picture, or they missed an area entirely. I would say about 30% of the contents were documented in this way. Their job was to document everything so we could file a comprehensive claim. I personally spent over 150 hours working on the contents inventory to make up for their shortcomings. 2) They were paid an additional $5,691.95 to clean some of the contents that could be salvaged. Numerous items, we can only document 14 of them, are missing from the cleaned contents totaling a value of over $7,000. WDR's response was oh we made a mistake and disposed of those items and you will be reimbursed by the insurance company for their value (of course depreciated) so no harm was done. Of course there is harm!! These items had not only material but sentimental value! We lost everything in my parents home of 50+ years and they just threw the things away. Very Very unprofessional. 3) In the boxes of items that were cleaned and returned we have found items that were never ours, how many people have they switched or lost items on??"

Their fee was reasonable and more than fair for all of the work they accomplished in 3-4 hours. Great people to work with at the end of a trying move. He and his crew arrived promptly, completed the job on time and did quality work. I installed some irrigation lines and landscape lighting conduit during their job and I was pretty slow and it delayed them from filling in their trenches. Nato and his crew were very patient and Nato actually helped me at one point since I was such rookie. My landscape architect wanted the drains to be done a certain way and while it was not the usual way Nato did drains he was fine doing it the way that was requested. I would definitely use him again and told him to use me as a reference."

Sharon from LAR construction & remodeling was excellent with his ideas & help including his foreman while his directions made our remodeling project much less stressful than we thought it will be. The office manager Kim was in-charged on all the paperwork and she did a wonderful job by coordinating, communicating, handling all the paperwork while the working crew were prompt, responsive, & skilled. The whole remodeling project took 6 weeks from the beginning to the end. The main thing about this remodeling work which was the final price… was very fair compare to the level of comfort & trust that we had with LAR construction & remodeling was worth it."

"it went well. They found several problems. I had them make the needed repairs and do some additional work, as well. They came back a second day in order to do all the work that was needed , as well as some additional work I requested to be done. They fixed my cast iron drain riser, installed a water line for my new Fridge, ice maker. Ran a copper line for a new outdoor spigot, installed a new kitchen "touch-less" faucet, replaced dishwasher supply valve, ran a high pressure release line for Hot water heater, and some other work. all went well."

"I got a response from Gloria at Rosa's Maintenance about 2 days after the deal was purchased. She told me that they were busy and could not come and perform the work for 3 weeks. I told her that I had wanted it cleaned asap because I was planning a party that would use the backyard space and that I wanted it clean for that event. She called me back and said, "no problem, we can arrange something to be there this week." They came with a crew of 5 people, instead of the advertised 2 people, and knocked it out in about an hour. I don't recall a clause in the deal stating that I would have to dispose of the weeds after they were cut or have the option to pay them to do so, but that was what was said to me at the time the job was performed. Other than dealing with the garden disposal, they were a joy to work with and were very accommodating. I would definitely use them again and would refer them to friends."
