"Overall they did NOT do what they were paid to do. 1) They were paid $25,000 to document and remove the contents and on numerous occasions they opened a drawer and took one picture, or they missed an area entirely. I would say about 30% of the contents were documented in this way. Their job was to document everything so we could file a comprehensive claim. I personally spent over 150 hours working on the contents inventory to make up for their shortcomings. 2) They were paid an additional $5,691.95 to clean some of the contents that could be salvaged. Numerous items, we can only document 14 of them, are missing from the cleaned contents totaling a value of over $7,000. WDR's response was oh we made a mistake and disposed of those items and you will be reimbursed by the insurance company for their value (of course depreciated) so no harm was done. Of course there is harm!! These items had not only material but sentimental value! We lost everything in my parents home of 50+ years and they just threw the things away. Very Very unprofessional. 3) In the boxes of items that were cleaned and returned we have found items that were never ours, how many people have they switched or lost items on??"

"I was able to schedule an appointment on my first call without problem. Randy showed up during the time window and we discussed the details of the work. He noted my water heater was old and he had some concerns around moving it to tap into the supply line as it can damage an old heater so we elected to defer that work. We agreed on where to place the new gas line and he was able to find a location to move the line to as well as installing a "box" that the gas line came out of. This involved cutting out drywall which I needed to repair but overall the work went smoothly."

"I am re-landscaping my yard and had used Nato before for a small project and he did a good job for me so I asked him to bid this project. His price was competitive. He and his crew arrived promptly, completed the job on time and did quality work. I installed some irrigation lines and landscape lighting conduit during their job and I was pretty slow and it delayed them from filling in their trenches. Nato and his crew were very patient and Nato actually helped me at one point since I was such rookie. My landscape architect wanted the drains to be done a certain way and while it was not the usual way Nato did drains he was fine doing it the way that was requested. I would definitely use him again and told him to use me as a reference."

"I got a response from Gloria at Rosa's Maintenance about 2 days after the deal was purchased. She told me that they were busy and could not come and perform the work for 3 weeks. I told her that I had wanted it cleaned asap because I was planning a party that would use the backyard space and that I wanted it clean for that event. She called me back and said, "no problem, we can arrange something to be there this week." They came with a crew of 5 people, instead of the advertised 2 people, and knocked it out in about an hour. I don't recall a clause in the deal stating that I would have to dispose of the weeds after they were cut or have the option to pay them to do so, but that was what was said to me at the time the job was performed. Other than dealing with the garden disposal, they were a joy to work with and were very accommodating. I would definitely use them again and would refer them to friends."

"Absolutely outstanding!!!!!  Hussey Brothers is well deserving of its excellent ratings.  The quality and thoroughness of the service from providing the initial estimate through to completion of the project was outstanding.  Steve Hussey came to the house to go over the details of the estimate and the various steps involved in the project.  He asked questions as to what we wanted such as size of the new hot water heater to ensure we would get what we really wanted.  Both of the techs who installed the hot water heater, furnace, and A/C system were equally well qualified.  In fact, one tech has worked for Hussey Brothers for 23 years.  An added benefit we received was the solution of a mystery by this particular tech.  I had been telling my husband for years that my sewing room had not been receiving heat or A/C.  The tech climbed up in to the attic and found the duct leading to this room had become detached thereby causing the heat or cool air to remain in the attic.  This problem might not have been spotted if the tech had not done such a thorough job of inspecting the overhead duct work.
Once the new equipment was installed, Steve Hussey came back and went over everything and immediately took care of a small sound in the air conditioner.
The outstanding service also included ensuring the proper permits were obtained.  We passed our city inspection with flying colors thanks to the excellent work of Steve Hussey and his techs.  The inspector repeatedly used the works "excellent job" during the inspection.  He was in and out of the house in less than ten minutes!
