"Overall they did NOT do what they were paid to do. 1) They were paid $25,000 to document and remove the contents and on numerous occasions they opened a drawer and took one picture, or they missed an area entirely. I would say about 30% of the contents were documented in this way. Their job was to document everything so we could file a comprehensive claim. I personally spent over 150 hours working on the contents inventory to make up for their shortcomings. 2) They were paid an additional $5,691.95 to clean some of the contents that could be salvaged. Numerous items, we can only document 14 of them, are missing from the cleaned contents totaling a value of over $7,000. WDR's response was oh we made a mistake and disposed of those items and you will be reimbursed by the insurance company for their value (of course depreciated) so no harm was done. Of course there is harm!! These items had not only material but sentimental value! We lost everything in my parents home of 50+ years and they just threw the things away. Very Very unprofessional. 3) In the boxes of items that were cleaned and returned we have found items that were never ours, how many people have they switched or lost items on??"

He then discovered a few other things that had been/were leaking and took care of all of that in the time he was at the house. Their fee was reasonable and more than fair for all of the work they accomplished in 3-4 hours. Great people to work with at the end of a trying move. "Nato came on a Thursday and did an initial estimate. He was very clear that the garden would look a little bare for a few weeks as he'd have to cut things back pretty far. His estimate was 1/2 that of the other companies we talked to, and he was willing to come on the weekends, which made things much easier for us. He came back just three days later (on a Saturday) and two of his men spent 8 hours here. They left with a truck overflowing with trimmings, and even removed a small tree for us. Nato supervised them at the beginning and end, and the team was great to work with (we were working in the front yard while they were in the back) - extremely helpful and courteous. Total bill was just what he said - $500. We also gave each of the two guys a tip (though we were never asked to do so and I didn't even detect a hint of expecting one). The cleanup looks great though, as he cautioned, things are a little barren while we wait for them to grow back. For large cleanup jobs, this company is excellent. Though I use an all organic company for regular maintenance now (I would use Nato if I was not so into organic gardening), I will certainly call Nato and his team for the next large job. Highly recommend."

"it went well. They found several problems. I had them make the needed repairs and do some additional work, as well. They came back a second day in order to do all the work that was needed , as well as some additional work I requested to be done. They fixed my cast iron drain riser, installed a water line for my new Fridge, ice maker. Ran a copper line for a new outdoor spigot, installed a new kitchen "touch-less" faucet, replaced dishwasher supply valve, ran a high pressure release line for Hot water heater, and some other work. all went well."

"I got a response from Gloria at Rosa's Maintenance about 2 days after the deal was purchased. She told me that they were busy and could not come and perform the work for 3 weeks. I told her that I had wanted it cleaned asap because I was planning a party that would use the backyard space and that I wanted it clean for that event. She called me back and said, "no problem, we can arrange something to be there this week." They came with a crew of 5 people, instead of the advertised 2 people, and knocked it out in about an hour. I don't recall a clause in the deal stating that I would have to dispose of the weeds after they were cut or have the option to pay them to do so, but that was what was said to me at the time the job was performed. Other than dealing with the garden disposal, they were a joy to work with and were very accommodating. I would definitely use them again and would refer them to friends."
