ARC Design Landscape

I had an outstanding experience with ARC Design Landscape. From demolition to installation they were like a finely tuned machine. Cale listened to what l envisioned for my front yard and his design surpassed all my expectations. Any issues that arose were handled quickly and professionally. I have a mid-century ranch style house and as my yard was transformed so was my house.

They put together exactly what I asked for design wise

Our backyard has been under construction/renovation(hardscape & landscape: pool & spa, paving, property fences, landscaping etc ) since January 2023 and still on going. We have been working with several landscape contractors and designers and none of the projects went perfectly as we expected and planned. (Except the pickle ball court, no problems from the start to the end!) There were always some issue arose once we started working on the projects. We always felt very difficult to confront the issues with the contractors and some of them even argued unprofessionally and defensive instead of finding a good solution for us. Among all these experiences, what I appreciated about ARC Design was that when we had unexpected issue arose( as I explained in the beginning, we learned many things do goes wrong unexpectedly), Cale(the owner of the company)stepped in and solved the issue the WAY WE CAN SATISFY and in a very PROFESSIONAL Manners. We asked 2 sets of concrete stairs in a slope and concrete steppers in a walk path way. ARC Design had a good work check process. They asked us to see their work before they pour concrete in. That’s how we found an issue created by putting stairs in a slope and Cale stepped in and fixed the problem. We are very happy with the results.
