Leak Terminators

Excellent!! They figured out the problem that 4 other vendors could not fix. VERRY persistent in their search for a solution. Great guys!

Justin was recommended not only from Angie's list, but from 4 out of 5 other companies that I contacted for my loss of water. It took a couple of days for him to respond to my initial call and we set an appointment. He showed up on time and performed a test to determine where leak was occurring . They scheduled the next appointment and had to break concrete to replace skimmer and all was resolved. I noticed a water leak again during the hot weather and called Justin who came out and tracked water level changes

and I sent a picture on a daily basis to him via text. Within a couple days he resolved the problem and all as been well since his second visit. Justin and his entire crew are very professional and I would recommend using their services for all needing his Company's expertise.

We were very pleased with our experience with Leak Terminators. They were professional and hardworking, finishing the job in the time estimate given. They described what they were doing and took time to answer all our questions. They even indicated that a source for a rubber gasket to the pool heater would be researched and, when found, would be reinstalled. They took all trash and left the work area neat and clean.

Justin came out and tested everything and located a leak by the skimmer,and suggested a new one. Long story short ,they came and drain the pool on wednesday pm and Thursday am started the work. It was complete that afternoon and looks great and runs great. Great job Justin!

We had a very bad swimming pool leak in a very old, deep pool and we tried everything to locate it to no avail.
I made over 14 calls on Monday as we were loosing water like crazy. Mike of Blue Wave Pools called me back promptly referring me to Justin who owns the Leak Terminator and Serenity Pools. Which needless to say, I really appreciated.
Of course I looked Justin up on Angies List, to find a few unfavorable reviews, but they were from years ago and when Justin had actually done work for someone he got very good reviews. Coming so highly referred, I gave him a call.
Much to my surprise he called me back quite quickly! Justin was very encouraging about our situation and seemed very confident that he could FIND and REPAIR our leak, as he had been at this for 28 years.
He was able to fit me in to his schedule quickly due to the great water loss and arrived just as promised, on time !
Being an Angies List Customer and Service Provider myself for over 7 years, I decided NOT to tell him I was an Angies List Customer....
I found Justin to be VERY PROFESSIONAL and VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE ! He had high tech equipment for detecting leaks and went though lots of tests to make sure he found the problem. When he located the leak, he was also able to repair it as well due to his years of experience in building pools and truly understanding all the ins and outs.
(which several companies did not do, they only locate leaks but don't know how to repair them.)
In the end Justin saved my husband and I over $1,500.00 !
Justin is a true Professional in his field. A very honest and nice person.

Responded promptly to our initial phone call, coming at the agreed time to locate a longstanding underground leak in our system that we had been puzzled about for some time. They then returned a couple of days later to fix it, and their findings regarding the location of the leak were spot on. They were professional and pleasant throughout, and the pricing was reasonable. They communicated clearly about their findings and the anticipated costs, and they effectively fixed the leak. Terrific service, and we'd use them again.

He was very punctual. He gave a good estimate of how long it would take, and it took exactly the amount of time that he said he was going to. He did the job really well, and he did the work for the amount he had said.
