Con: I did not know a very nice person would be walking through the personal spaces of the house like bedrooms to check the vents. A heads up the day before to straighten up would be nice. The contract and documents required an attorney to write. It is not possible for a layperson to read massive amounts of information in small font on the work computer tablet. A hard copy at least 12 font would be helpful to allow consumers to understand when large sums of money are spent. A copy is emailed but that is closing the barn door after the horse is out. To finance or not? I started to finance but have decided to pay off the $25,841 for AC/Heating unit, roof installation, grounding, warranty and be done with it. It is a lot of money. I don’t want to pay 9 percent interest to finance."
