"We noticed there's no cool air on Sat. night (08/04/18). Basically, both Furnace (air blower) and Condenser (outside cooling compressor) suddenly stopped working after 11 PM. Fortunately, it was at night, but still ensured the ~87 degrees heat overnight. What happened?! I replaced the 20+ years condensation water pump by the furnace in the afternoon, the old one had some cracks and couldn't have good suction to get rid of water, thus some overflows overtime. After I replaced the pump, I lavage the water draining tube a bit higher than it was before which I thought was okay. How wrong I was!! Because the condensation water backflow to the furnace instead of the water pump, and furnace has a mechanism to shut down the compressor to prevent flooding and damaging the equipment. The fix I searched Angie’s list and it recommended 4 A/C repair companies; Signature Cooling responded first the next morning at 8 AM. And its technician/owner, Brandon was punctual, courteous, and professional. He identified the issue right away and checked the Freon pressure, and the HVAC computer too. With more than 30 min spent, he did NOT charge us anything and just asked for future checkups and referrals. Definitely we will."

"I am very Happy to say that Done Rite Services is a Wonderful Company to work with. We have been using EMMCo for the entire time of owning our home (15+ years) Always reliable and friendly. Before the Holiday's our heating began to act up and we knew it was time to replace the entire system. One phone call to the office and the appointment was set. Jordan Benjamin came out and spent time explaining options and what would be done to replace and upgrade our system. Within a week the installers Brandon McSpadden, Kasey, Isaiah Cotroneo arrived. They explained what would take place over the next 3 days. This could have been a disaster because we have 4 dogs but they were very accommodating. With very few hiccups my system was installed to my satisfaction. I have to say not one piece of wire, tape or a bit of dust was left behind. Each one of the crew was very respectful of my home and the most professional group of young men. I am not the easiest to deal with because I have lots of questions. It was clearly time to replace our old tank-type water heater. We settled on a more efficient tankless as a replacement. The installer team arrived that same day, with ALL of the parts and pieces needed for a clean and efficient installation. We also discovered very high water pressure in the house which was addressed by installing a heavy-duty PRV valve. Overall an excellent professional installation. We are very pleased."

"I called this company last month to do a water repiping for a rental. I was very satisfied with the efficiency and competence of these guys. However, at my own residence, I called a prominent plumbing company, one that advertises heavily, to fix a leaking pressure relief valve on a water tank they installed. This company told me that my water pressure was too high (80 psi) which it was. Their solution was to have me install an expansion tank plus install a 2 inch pressure relief valve. I then called Cal's who installed the relief valve on the 3/4 line from my meter, and said I didn't need an expansion tank. The whole price was less than what the other company was going to charge me for just the 2 inch pressure relief valve. This demonstrated to me that this company is honest and fair. Their professionalism and competence are unquestionable. From now on, I'm saving time and grief by calling them for any plumbing issues."
