"On time, did the job quickly. Was not expecting the 'additional fees' they quoted after arriving. Especially when they asked 'did the office tell you about ...?, which they did not. So, quote of $535 turned into $880 after the 'tank opening fee $75', the 'filter cleaning fee $65', the 'wash tank fee $65' and 'extra water fee $140'. Pro tips 1) ask what the added charges will be 2) uncover the tanks yourself 3) spray down the solids tank (hose water) and 4) clean your own filter before contractors arrive, save yourself $345."

"Service date was August 25, 2020. Appointment was made from one day to the next. Our service person was Aaron Taylor. He did an outstanding job and saved us over $2,500.00, by providing a thorough complimentary camera inspection of our main sewer line from the outside (no mess inside), in order to provide us with an accurate estimate and diagnosis. I had a previous company come in, where they wrongly diagnosed roots in the pipes and that they would have to dig underneath our home from the outside to get to the toilet pipe and replace it. Upon the camera inspection, which Aaron shared with me and after talking to his Manager, Jake, they recommended we do a hydroscrub to clean and clear the clog, which was found through the main sewer line. As soon as that was done, our toilet flushed normal again and there was no issue with roots that they could see. Needless to say, we were relieved and grateful that we got a second opinion and that we found a company with the right equipment and knowledgeable staff, who wanted to do the job right at a fair price.
