My small pool and spa were leaking. I spent over $25k repairing walls and rerouting plumbing. That was ok for about a year but water meter kept running. Water levels dropping, I agreed to an estimate of $1700 more to repair. They had drained the spa earlier. Having not heard anything for 2 months, I tried to contact them. Nobody would answer calls nor email and so I left a message I would find someone else if they did not respond. They did not. I would have thought they would stand by their work and also place a customer who had spent so much money on the priority list. The maintenance company with whom they are somehow associated was awful, too. Don?t expect their pleasant demeanor to reflect their integrity. This is one disappointed ex-customer.

Aaron did an amazing job resurfacing and tiling our pool. He also did cool deck to our patio. The results were fantastic. Our backyard and pool turned out better than we could have hoped for. Aaron was a great communicator and came when he said he was going to come. I would highly recommend his company Trident Your Aquatic Authority.

I highly recommend this pool cleaning company. They quickly responded to my inquiry, were totally upfront about cost, and showed up on the assigned day. They did a great job cleaning the pool and checking things over as far as the proper functioning of all of the components of the pool. They are able to do any necessary repairs as well.

My pool was in terrible shape and was in desperate need of resurfacing. After calling 3 companies for quotes I settled on Trident. Not only did Aaron come in with a very reasonable quote but I didnâ t have to wait halfway through the summer before work to begin. They showed up when they said they would and were quite diligent in how they worked. I am very please with Aaron and his crew and very happy with my pool. Arron contacted us right away, came over and we could tell he knew what he was doing. We are in the early stages of using him but so far absolutely no complaints.

Recently we remodeled an old pool and decided to change from regular chlorine to salt pool. Aaron installed the new equipment, he is very knowledgeable, and even he educated as with useful information to take care of our pool. He did a quality and neat work.
