The work was done professionally and on schedule. I hired Robert because when I was calling for estimates he was the only one that met me at my property and walked me through the project. I would hire again

Robert came out first thing this morning and fixed my leaking main water pipe. It only took a few minutes and it isn't leaking anymore.

We hired him to clear some property to prepare for a fence. He did 100% the project that was explained to him. But, it was not 100% of what was needed. Communication breakdown on both sides, I think. We do plan to use him again for our next project phase. Next time use more photos and maybe meet on site to firm up the desired work. he is prompt, easy to work with, and appears to have a good crew.

I believe he was fair and did everything he was told to do or asked to do and he went over and above so I was very nice. He was always keep in contact with me and I will show photos when I get a second. Yes I would recommend him. He did a septic tank remove and install. I can?t show pictures because they say they?re too large so I can?t do nothing about that but yes I would. I would highly recommend Robert.

Difficult problem, draining rain away from the house on flat property. Waiting for a good cloudburst to see how well it works.

He said that he underbid the project, that is a red flag. He rented the equipment and was in a rush to get it back before they closed. When he graded the wash it ended sloped the wrong way which created a pond instead of draining properly. Now we have to hire someone else to finish the wash. He talked a good story but didn't deliver.

Did not do the job correctly, will have to hire someone to finish. Never use your service again

Very quick response to my inquiry, promptly scheduled an appointment to see the proposed work, gave some suggestions and details about what was involved in doing the job, prepared a detailed written competitive quote, verbally reviewed the proposal over the phone and answered all my questions, immediately got me on the schedule within one day to do the work, did a GREAT job in removing our landscape berm with stones and large rocks, grade section for drainage, prepped site below grade next to driveway, and reused salvage stones to the level of our existing driveway for added parking. Very pleased with his professionalism and work.

Mr. Cole is a very professional man, he is reliable, punctual and makes sure you are satisfied with the work he performs. He is not out to get you and is very reasonable. If you need need his services he is highly recommended.

Robert did a fantastic job. I hired him to clear and grade a lot (including removing 2 giant stumps). His price was very reasonable and he completed the work on time. I will definitely call him first for any future work I have!
