Our shower floors, made of polished river rock tiles, had calcium deposits and build up from a sealer that was improper for that use. GroutBusters' Roger came out quickly to assess the damage. He analyzed the damage accurately and thoroughly -- and the repair crew was able to schedule a time to perform the repairs within days. Will and Kenny arrived on time--and were friendly, courteous and efficient. They did an excellent job on both shower floors, right down to the smallest detail. The flooring looks new and the sealer they applied is good for 3-5 years. I highly recommend their work; and plan to recall them to restore and repair some saltillo flooring, another area of their specialties. They did an AMAZING job! I had another "professional" company come out and they cleaned the top of the tile, but the grout and travertine still looked HORRIBLE. Previous owners put wax on travertine for many years and sealed all the dirt and grime into it, the grout looked worse than an old gas station bathroom- they made it look like NEW! The shower floor and walls that they did was also amazing. I can't say enough good things about this company. Customer service was stellar, excellent communication, showed up when they said, did what they said they would do, and exceeded expectations. I flip houses and it is VERY rare these days to find a company like this. I highly recommend AZ Grout Busters. I will be a customer for life, and sharing my experience with all of my realtor and broker friends.
