Everything did not go right at first with this restoration. So why have I given them the highest ranting possible? It's because when things went wrong this company reacted to the situation immediately and corrected all the problems promptly. When I contacted the supervisor, Dave Moser and let him know the finish work was unacceptable he immediately came over with a new finish crew and personally made sure the work was completed correctly. It is easy to get high ratings when everything goes right, but it is how a company handles the situation when things go wrong that is important to me. In this case Dave and his company handled the situation in a prompt, professional, and friendly manner. He was truly concerned that the work was completed correctly and that we were satisfied. I would not hesitate to use this company again.
