"My neighbors and I hired Mr Valdez to replace our shared fence. My neighbor also hired them to install a new gate to their backyard. The gate has never been completed, the posts for the fence were never cut to the height of the fence, and a quarter panel of fencing that was to be replaced at the corner, attached to the new post was never installed - instead, the materials for that were left to rot and degrade in my yard. The completed work was done in less than one day, and Mr Valdez was paid by both me and my neighbors. He never came back to finish the work."

We were able to complete the transaction(order/installation) remotely. We ordered plantation shutters for 14 windows. Installers showed up on time, were clean, courteous and professional, and installed the window treatments in a prompt manner. Very happy with the product. We will use them in the future to do treatments on the back of the house."
