We are located in Show Low and service the entire White Mountains area including Lakeside/Pinetop, Heber/Overgaard, Snowflake/Taylor, Holbrook, St. John's, Springerville, Concho, and Rural properties in Apache and Navajo Counties. We provide complete remodeling services for your residential and commercial projects. Services we offer: Carpentry (framing and finish), Insulation (batts and foam board), Drywall, and Painting. ADA bathroom and shower conversions. We also offer Electrical installations for residential and commercial projects, including new construction, remodels and additions, service, and repairs. We do not provide solar installations or solar repairs. We use RS Means data as a pricing guideline to assure you receive a fair and competitive quote. Certificate of insurance can be provided upon request. We do have a minimum charge of $265 to provide a written quote for an insurance adjuster/claim.

Random people would show up at unannounced times. The few things that an actual Guardian employee did were they made a huge mess of our newly remodeled office and were rude to our staff. This went on for a week or so...then the door senors stopped working....than the motion sensor stopped working...at no time in over a month did I have a fully operational security system. As I was about to return the system I was told they have "new" sensors and they just realized they received a bad batch and are working with another company.....Gave it a try....and same issue returned....some sensors worked....some didn't. I finally returned the system and stopped getting emails.....only to find that they were still billing my credit card even after I returned the equipment. Very nice people and very understanding.....unfortunately their product is not up to par. While we do have a large home, it's an open concept and the sensors that weren't working were no more than 15ft away from the base. The previous owners of my house had a wireless system with no issues at all.....I'm going to be using that company going forward."
